I am submitting a manuscript for consideration of publication in 11 th. International Exergy,

Energy and Environment Symposium. The manuscript is entitled “Cloud Integrated Cyber

Physical Multi Layered Condition Monitoring System for Wind Turbine Drivetrain

Predictive Maintenance ”.

It has not been published elsewhere and that it has not been submitted simultaneously for

publication elsewhere.

Cyber-Physical System embed with Data analytics and Machine Learning Functionality is an

emergent approach in Industry 4.0 revolution. CPSs are integrations of computation,

networking, and physical processes: the combination of several systems of different nature

whose main purpose is to control a physical process and, through feedback, adapt itself to new

conditions, in real time. In the proposed work CPS Cross layer architecture is designed for

automatic intelligent condition monitoring of wind farms.
