Question no 4

A:

The given problem is related to refugee child rights. Despite the fact that the 1951 Convention

states nothing about refugee childs right however UDHR and CRC gives common safeguard's,

care and lawful security to the kids who are in another nation getting a charge out of the exile

status. Aside from the UDHR, the preamble of the CRC specifies that what security and rights a

refugee child has. As a security official of the UN I will intently see that whether the Govt. of

Ithaca submit to the articles of the CRC as the show infers faithfulness on each state regardless

of whether any states doesn't sign and approve it since it is considered as a customary law in the

global field. As the issue is identified with the refugee childs right, the govt. of Ithaca needs to

follow Article 3, 22, 24&39. Moreover the host state have to perform this duty with utmost good

faith and with due care.

B:

In the given problem we can see that the host nation police have captured a few displaced people

when they gave a discourse reprimanding the govt. of origin state. The 1951 show is quiet about

certain rights which are secured by UDHR and ICCPR. As indicated by the Art. 19 of the

UDHR, "Each individual reserve the privilege to opportunity of sentiment and articulation". A

similar right is expressed in Art.19 of the ICCPR. We realize that these are the fundamental

human rights that apply for all the people of the world. These are non-derogative rights which

implies a State cant using any and all means diminish these rights for certain individuals. By

capturing the refugees the host state has made a grave violation of UDHR and ICCPR.
C:

In this scenario we see that the nation has made guidelines that the refugees cant rehearse their

way of life and religion in that nation. The restriction of performing social and strict exercises is

a grave violation of human rights. These . These rights are all inclusive rights and they are non-

derogative in nature. No State has the options to forbid people to practice their religion and

cultural activities. Art 18 of UDHR and Art. 15(A) of ICCPR reserves these rights for every

persons. These instruments have the force of customary international law . So as a security

official I will advise the host nation to lift of the restriction of performing the rights provided by

UDHR and ICESCR.
