How To Make A Sauteed Water Spinach
Oyster Sauce

Materials :
1. 2 bunches of fresh water spinach, cut water spinach and wash thoroughly and
drain.
2. 3 red onion cloves, thinly sliced
3. 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
4. 4 small chilies, cut into slices
5. 1 tomatoes, sliced into 8 parts
6. Oil for sautering
7. One packet of souri oyster sauce
8. 1 pack of masako
9. One glass of water
10. Shirmp paste

Tools :
1. Knife
2. Cutting board
3. Pan
4. Spatula
5. Plate
6. Stove
How to cook :
 Heat oil until it’s hot
 Saute garlic, shallots, chili, tomatoes and shirmp paste until cooked
 Put the water spinach in the pan
 Stir for a while until the spices are evenly distributed
 Enter enough water, then stir again
 Enter masako and souri oyster sauce
 Cook until the water spinach witers and the water decreases
 After cooking it up and transfer it to a serving plate

How to present :
 Placed stir fried water spinach on a plate
 Create according to your taste sauteed oyster water spinach is ready to serve
