Piping Stress Analysis Summary for 2”-MPC-1211-3CC1P-EC in J77 Unit

ü The scope of this summary is to calculate the stresses, displacements, forces and moments
acting (internally & externally) on the piping under various conditions/cases due to the
combined effect of internal pressure, maximum differential temperature, bending and external
loads as applicable. These calculations or analysis are carried out using CAESAR-II Software.

1. General
SKEC piping stress engineer has inspected the small bore piping system using CAESAR-II
software to confirm the operating stability.

5. Conclusion
- The systems are safe in all aspects as calculated stresses and deflections are within
acceptable limits.
