I'm a mechanic. I work in fix cars.I work for a big cars company, which repair all kinds of
damage to the car in the city of Quito. I have to repair and diagnose engines to satisfy
customers. I spend most of my time thinking about how I can improve my customer
service. It's very challenging work and it can be exhausting, but it's very satisfying,
because I know that the client when leaving the workshop is satisfied and safe.
