Tanggung Jawab Utama

(Main Job Responsibilities) :
Responsible to manage & coordinate implementation of R&D systems and procedures to accelerate business
process between R&D teams & R&D’s customers (Sales, Marketing and Operation). Ensure all supports required
from R&D to external party is received properly and achieved business objectives.

Uraian Pekerjaan
(Job Descriptions) :
1. Business Process System
 Manage & coordinate implementation of R&D systems and procedures to accelerate business process
between R&D teams & R&D’s customers (Sales, Marketing and Operation).
 Responsible for system applications business partner, mainly SAP and other application support
include planning, organizing, and conducting the implementation of system for internal staff.
 Coordinate the Project Brief progress by monitoring the deliverance & giving review on project related
to SAP if necessary.
 Participate in ad hoc projects, e.g. implementation of new systems, roll out of new products.
 Ensure continues support to R&D’s customer performs well e.g. documents external availability,
material master SAP maintenance, FTE report, data SAP availability, project report & its contribution.
 Responsible at ISO quality Management System R&D, mainly in the area of ISO 17025 & also ISO in
general.
 Maintain quality system implemented by the company, e.g. ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, FSMA.
2. People Development
 Coordinate and set up the job design & plan for all pic in information & system team.
 Set up training and monitoring its implementation for all pic in information & system team.

 Recommend for changing or new system related to all business process at R&D.
 Approve the material master creation within R&D’ scope.
 Confirm the data accuracy in the Material Master Data SAP and BOM.
 Release all of the documents related to ISO system: SOP, WI, TDS, RM/PM Specification, Vendor List, Color
Standard.
 Release all documents external within R&D scope.
 Set up & monitor the job design plan for all pic in information & system team.

(Qualification)
 Degree or equivalent at any discipline.
 Understand and have experience on SAP.
 Well understanding on business process especially in FMCG.
 Understand ISO 17025 & 9001.
 Good on data processing and have high analytical skills.
 Good computer skills, particularly the use of spreadsheets (Excel) & database.
 Demonstrated strong leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, high initiative, think and work
independently, problem solving oriented, work in teams and multitasking jobs.
