This thesis would not have been possible without the guidance and

the help of several individuals who in one way or another contributed

and extended their valuable assistance in the preparation and

completion of this study. First and foremost to Almighty God who

blessed the researchers with wisdom and strength to finish this study.

Whenever trials and difficulties come, He always guides and gives us

hope.

instructor, Prof. John Michael P. Castino, (DM-ABD), MPA, CGM for

his patience, encouragement, guidance, consideration, and support from

the conception of the proposal to the final stages of this thesis. His

energy, passion, and commitment to student success are standards all

educators should aspire to achieve.

To our undergraduate thesis adviser, Prof. Maria Rufina M. Pono,

(MAEd-u), MIE, who willingly shared her knowledge about the topic and

for inspiring the researchers. Her encouragement, guidance,

consideration, and her unending support from the proposal to the final

stages gave us a chance to have a deep understanding on our topic.
