NARRATIVE-ASSESSMENT REPORT

I am currently a resident of 481 Alley Bryg, 7-A General Malvar, F.Torres St,
Davao City and originally from Poblacion, Cortes, Surigao del Sur. Married to
Ferdinand C. Plaza, Mangagoy, Bislig Surigao del Sur with three (3) blissful children,
Andrew John, Amamore, and Mary Shangrila. I graduated Bachelor of Science in
Commerce Major in Accounting at Andres Soriano College Mangagoy Bislig City with
Masteral (18) units of Master in Public Administration at Surigao del Sur State
University-Main (SDSSU). Tandag City, Surigao Del Sur.I had already working
experience both public and private entity and also an undefeated Brgy. Councilor at
Poblacion, Cortes. Beside that, I am a Civic and Religious affiliated such as SGC & PTA
president, Farmers sector, Women sector, a president of OFW organization, Wopic
officer of Cortes as well as an IFI Davao Cathedral Council, and a volunteer as
Cathedral Bookkeeper. I started working at Philipinhon Multipurpose Cooperative
(PilMPC) on October 08, 2019, in which from that date until the 8 th day of the same year
I was still an On the Job Training (OJT). From November 09, 2019 up to May 08, 2020 I
was a probationary employee and later on by May 09, 2020 GOD’s well lifted and
promoted to Regular employee (Approved by GM and the Board of Director).
Back then on June 2019 I decided to go to in Davao City in order for me to
handle my children well properly. They are all studying in Davao City So, for me I can
felt some differences and adjustments of living here in the city than to our province.
(Lifestyle and family upbringing) We were about to encountered so many trials in
adapting the lifestyle of the city. There’s one time when we used to rent an apartment in
Bonifacio St., we decided also to sub-rent the 2 nd floor of it for us to minimize or lessen
somehow the payment of rent.( 15,000.00/monthly rental). But the life of us there were
not easy. On the month of October 2019, we were advised to leave the apartment
because we cannot already afford to pay the rent and don’t know where to go.
I always pray to the Lord to guide us and give us hope to where we go and have
home to stay for our family. But God have mercy on us. Fortunately, I was so thankful to
Bishop Dapitan and Rev. Father Linao who were offered us to temporarily have some
room in the compound of IFI Davao Cathedral. So, that’s the time I’ve been full of
blessings wherein inside the compound have also a Philpinhon Multipurpose
Cooperative and I am about to apply and thankfully employed as a Loan officer. The
beginning of my work was not easy then since there are many challenges to adapt. I
have to adjust the nature of the place and environment inside the workplace especially
when using technological unit like computer system. I work hard and stay focus on my
job. I have to keep my social life well good throughout my co-workers in order for me to
adjust immediately the gap between us the new and the old employee (discrimination-
Inferiority complex) as well as to keep the workplace productive and well harmonize
relationship on each other.
Being a Loan officer, I must also a good example that’s why I make my life busy
and have double time to my tasks. Though I may felt sad and stress sometimes
because there were times the Do’s and Don’ts of the workplace were not being followed
but I always keep on my mind I have to do something good in my co-workers to see and
feel the passion and determination for such a good employee. I am not pretending to be
a good one, but I just follow what is the right thing to do for the good and Policy of the
Cooperative Being a Loan Officer it’s a challenging works both office works and field
works, you are the alter ego and carrier of the Coop services and program to the
community, defined target member borrowers, linkages to LGU and Barangays of
Davao City. Conducted ocular inspection to the area if Collateral loan like house and lot
credit and Background Investigation if Commercial and Enterprise loan and individual
keep in touch encourage to be a member of PILMPC, Cortesanon who lived and reside
in Davao city. Initiative and effort how can I help PILMPC? So, that the target and goals
will be achieved.
Rest assured ill try my best to be an ‘Asset not Liability of PILMPC ’,hardworking
and Godfearing one. We do hope and Pray Pilipinhon Multipurpose Cooperative-
PILMPC one of the Progressive Cooperative.!!!Pro Deo Et Patria.
