INTRODUCTION

Stakeholders all over the world strive for quality education among the

students. Education, in a wide experience, can be recognized as one of the

founding pillars of every society. According to Mandela (2013), education is

the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. Teaching

strategies is very important educational factor as it can increase academic

achievements and can improve teaching quality as well. Teachers play vital

roles in the lives of the students in their classrooms. Recent research has

shown that teaching quality can influence, in a positive or negative manner to

the students’ learning ability.

The goal of this study is to determine students’ overall satisfaction with: the

teaching activity, the cooperation between the relationship of the teachers and

students. Moreover, this research focus not only the pedagogical skills of the

teachers but the learning environment among the Senior Highschool

Students.

Teachers stand on the shoulders of giants who developed tried and true

strategies by testing them out, reflecting on the outcomes, and honing those

strategies over decades or longer. It is the adventure and challenge for all

educators, to take that tried and true strategy and involve it. In this digital age,

for instance, as students’ needs and strengths shift, we must remain

innovative, in our best we should always be transforming and moving toward

the next best approach, tool or strategy.

Background of the study

According to Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (2016) that a

good teaching method helps the students to question their preconceptions

and motivates them to learn. These teaching methods are having a course

plan, using appropriate educational strategies, the most important role of

teachers is planning and controlling the educational process for students to be

able to achieve a comprehensive learning. Using conceptual map and pee-

organizing plan in training, improving the quality of learning through the

promotion of education, using pee-organizers and conceptual map,

emphasizing the students-centered learning, particularly in higher education.

Developing a Satisfactory interaction with students, to connect with students

and impact their lives personally and professionally, teachers must be

student-centered and demonstrate respect for their background, ideologies,

beliefs, and learning styles. The Best instructors use differentiated

instructions, display cultural sensitivity accentuate open communication and

offer positive feedback on the students’ Academic Performance. According to

Pangasinan State University (2015) the teacher is the key to figure in school.

The teacher then is expected to initiates techniques and strategies that create

meaningful and favorable atmosphere in which educational process in

successfully taking place. Discussion and Brainstorming is the most used

techniques because it provides opportunities for students’ academic to

participate by commenting about points in the lecture or answering questions

directly throw out by other students in the class; the purpose of brainstorming

is to allow students to think freely and write down all of their ideas without
making judgement about them. Next is the note taking it is the practice of

students to record everything. According to University of Mindanao (2015) a

traditional lecture may inspire one but frustrate the others; a tasked - based

interest of the students but may confuse and discourage the timid ones.

Hence, teachers must prepare a careful planned lesson with various teaching

strategies so that all learners may be satisfied. Most of the teaching methods

that is used is the lecture and is the most effective strategy in the teaching of

different subjects. In lecture there were inputs and outputs and allowed

students to measure the knowledge of the teacher on the topic aside from

lecture, oral recitation and board works were considered to be effective

because these strategies allowed students to participate actively and

dramatization through group work was effective because it made the

classroom interactive and fun; and reporting is helpful to allow students to

develop confidence.
STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The main purpose of this study is to determine and identify on

what pedagogical practices is much effective to be employ in

teaching-learning process.

1. What is the impact of the Effective Pedagogical Teaching

Practices?

2. What are the positive effects of Pedagogical Teaching

strategies?

3. Why educators develop an effective teaching technique towards

efficacy of the teaching learning process?
