Job Description. Responsible for managing the business

problem solver with strong ethics and leadership.
Job Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or financial
management.

 At least 3 years of experience in financial and management field.

 Time and project management skills.

 Ability to analyze processes and information.

 Ability to develop effective solutions and strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Responsible for complying legal documents.

 Disseminates information within and outside the organization.

 Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the operations and


fiscal health of the business.

 Leading the work of a group of people or employees.

 Negotiates with the suppliers and other parties.

 Initiates projects for development and improvement

2. Branch Supervisor

Job Description. Give instructions to and oversee the work of other


employees and may be charged with making sure great customer service is
provided.

Job Qualifications:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.


 Previous leadership experience as supervisor.

 At least high school diploma

 Good knowledge of MS Office

Duties and Responsibilities:


 Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees

 Setting goals for performance and deadlines.

 Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.

 Ensuring the work environment is safe, secure and healthy

 Monitoring employee productivity.

 Providing constructive feedback and coaching.

3. Ice Cream scooper.

Job Description. No formal education is required for this job. They are
mainly responsible for serving clients with ice cream. Able to work
independently and kept the environment fresh and clean.

Job Qualifications:

 Ability to work independently or as a team.

 Excellent communication with customers

 Kept the work environment fresh and clean

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Organized, stocked, and maintained store appearance.

 Prepared ice cream scoops, waffle cones, and other necessary things.

 Customer friendly.

 Providing presentable and fair in serving the ice cream.


4. Ice Cream Maker

Job Description. Responsible for starting up machinery, choosing ingredients


and ensuring that the production process go smoothly. No educational
requirements for ice cream maker job.

Job Qualifications:

 Knowledgeable about ice cream mixes, ingredients and the right


temperatures.

 At least had some experience in the food manufacturing especially in ice


cream processes and production.

 Work efficiently and effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Suggests perfect ingredients.

 Mix up the ingredients of ice cream correctly.

 Maintain the production and process smoothly.

 Kept the equipment in condition and regular maintenance.

5. Cashier

Job Description. Responsible for working the cash register and interacting
customers to collect payments and provide change and a receipt for a
customer’s purchase.
Job Qualifications:
 At least high school graduate.

 Customer service or cashier experience.

 Basic math and computer skills.

 Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Welcoming customers, answer their questions, and providing advice or


recommendations.
 Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and
proving a receipt to every customer.

 Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.

6. Bookkeeper

Job Description. Creates financial transactions and generates reports from


that information. Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing
accounts, posting transactions, and ensure legal requirements compliance.

Job Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

 Previous bookkeeping experience.

 Confidentiality.

 Data entry skills and analyzing information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing


account information.

 Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.

 Maintains historical records by filing documents.

 Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling


entries.
