This problem can be fixed by T24 user who hasan access right too many attempts menu. We follow the
following steps.
Step 2: write the use user id followed by branch mnemonic, if the record is already available add a
sequential number after the branch mnemonic (eg AAA0.0.1BOL1)on Password Reset text box.
Fill the following Fields:
User Attempt.1: Type the correct user id on user attempts.1 field, at this time we do not use any
additional character other than the specific user id who counts too many attempts.
Then validate a deal which helps to know the number of attempts out of the specific number of attempts
and if there is error we can show here.
Finally commit the deal and we get a confirmation message page asshown below.
In case you get more than one user that has too many attempt you can multi value the field User
Attempt.1which allows you to release too many attempts at a time.
2. Extending Expiry date
One of the reasons that the user cannot access T24 application is due to the expired end date profile.
In our case authorized user can access the application for one year, the case being she/he changed the
password before the validity date is end which is within three month.
When the access expires we can extend the end date profile as per the request from authorized person.
In order to extend the access, click on User Profile Management menu and write the correct user id then
enter or edit a deal.
End Date Profile field:update this field by one year and finally validate and commit it.
4. Change the Company(Branch)
Whenever there is a change of users from one branch to another we need to change the company that
she/he can access accordingly.
To complete this task we can use User Profile Management menu by the T24 user who has an access right
on it.
Click on the User Profile Management menu then open it and write a specific user who is transfer to
another branch and fill the following fields with specific company code:
Department Code: Chose a specific department code from the drop down list.
