Ningbo ShunXingKaiHao(SXKH) Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Ningbo city. We are one of the
earliest manufactures to produce Die Spotting press in China. As a family business, we insist on

B. SXKH Die Spotting presses

Die Spotting press is the surest & safe way to check the butting of core & cavity of Die & Mould. It
allows you to conveniently match all the parts of the mould in more comfortable position. Check and
finish the die at one place in more ergonomic position.
1. The main parts:

l Presses with four 40Cr alloy steel columns, using Oil-free self-lubrication graphite copper
sleeve, it makes the machine cleaner and more environmentally friendly.
l High standard of configuration ensures the excellent performance of press, and all the main
components for mechanical processing are manufactured by imported machining center, to
ensure machining precision of press elements.
l The upper platen can be titled forward up to 180°
l The shift-out rail of lower platen adopts wear resistant rail with intensified handle and large-
scale dust-proof device, driven by Eton hydraulic Motor with chain gear structure, which are
easy for maintenance.
l Using high tensile rod to provide higher accuracy and to make more convenient for platen
parallelism adjustment when the mold is closed with high pressure.
l Using quick cylinder device, it speeds up null stroke without mold closing, and it makes lower
energy consumption and more energy conservation.
l Using four mold clamping cylinders to make stress even when the mold is closed with high
pressure.
l CE Marked and LPC North American Certification with Certificate of Conformity issued by
SGS.
l Machine colors are available on customer requirement.
2. Hydraulic and electrical system:

l Servo hydraulic system adopts optimal combination of imported high performance hydraulic
elements, ensure accurate and keep machine quiet. Oil pump hydraulic valve is the world first-
class brand.
l Achieving digital PLC controlled by computer, all of the parameters can be displayed by the
Siemens touch screen and free to set up.
l Energy-efficient and low-consumption LED lamps for the optima lighting of the working area.
3. Mold-protection function:
l Using the proportional backpressure method, it can be adjusted freely according to the actual
weight of mold and play an actual role of mold protection.
4. Safety Design:
l Using Anti-dropping, safety devices with suspension type to make your mold and machine
safer
l Sufficient Safety Devices and Pneumatic-mechanical locks on the right and left sides of upper
platen.
l Providing practical reliable failure detection and alarm and low-pressure mold protection
functions.
l Provide 2 set of safety light curtains protection (Optional)
l Provide Remote assistance system (Optional)

1. PLC Siemens System Included
1.1 SXKH was the first die spotting press
manufacturer to use Siemens System in
the Asia. Achieving digital PLC controlled
by computer, all of the parameters can be
displayed by the Siemens touch screen
and free to set up.
1.2 We provide Spanish, English, Chinese
language in PLC and instruction operation.
2. Remote Control Module Optional USD3000
With S7 Version which provide Remote control
Module. This means with network cable or
WIFI connection, we can control and report
back from Press’s CPU if there are any
problem occurs.
Also, issues can be more easily diagnosed and
resolved through remote services.
3. CE Certification Included
3.1 CE certification issued by SGS and
approved for all model of Die Spotting press.
We can provide CE certification in Spanish
language.
3.2 We provide CE Testing Report to you.
3.3 We make machine strictly according EC
rule, especially in Electrical connection and
Mechanical device Parts.
4. Dynamic Checking device for Ejector. Included

It can be used to check whether the mould
spring tips work normally or not.
5. Servo System. Optional(10,000.00)
Imported Servo System used to provide better
accurate and achieve energy saving.
6. Hydraulic Slides testing Included

Extra hydraulic power units could detect
whether mould core-pulling unit and sliding
block unit work normal or not at the same time
of die assemble and mould repairing. The group
of core-pulling can decided by customs.
7. Safe Curtain protection Optional

Two set of Safe light curtain to make sure the machine
would stopped immediately when human risk occures.
