Main Technologies

● Longitude wire input mouth, it's new type and easy to adjust and change the core of die.
● Pulling rack is J&T brand, made in Taiwan, the pulling distance is more accurate, less noise.

● The cable drag chain is Igus brand, imported from Germany, very good quality, not easily hung down.
● The electro-magnetism valve is SMC brand, imported from Japan. The quality is much better.

●Panasonic (Japan) servo motor for pulling mesh, cross wire space can be adjusted by PLC.

● Cast water-cooling transformers, welding degree can be adjusted by PLC.

Wire feeding way:

●The longitude wires are fed from wire coils automatically.
●The cross wires should be pre-straightened&pre-cut, then fed by cross wire feeder automatically. There are
two cross wire feeders, can feed different length of cross wires. And the cross wire feeder is specially designed,
much easier to feed the cross wires.
