Dear Ma’am:

Good day.

We regret to inform you that KCAMC is pre-terminating its Contract of Lease with you,
effective June 30, 2020. The cooperative greatly suffered business losses due to the effects
of the COVID-19 outbreak, including the cessation of flights in Kalibo International Airport.
The business for which we rented your establishment was not operational for the entire
period of lock down, even up to the present. Because of which, Board of Directors decided
during the 12th Regular Board Meeting held last May 15, 2020 to pre-terminate our
Contract of Lease with you.

We will be vacating the rented space before the end of June 2020. And despite the losses
incurred by the business, we are willing to settle our unpaid rental fees, including for those
months that the business was closed, until June 2020. We request however that the
Php50,000.00 deposit and one month advance we paid the beginning of the contract be
deducted from the unpaid rentals.
