NOTICE OF TERMINATION AND NON-

RENEWAL OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Dear Mr. Alindog

Good Day.

We write, on behalf of the CANYON RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

(“CRHAI”), and express our gratitude to PCEER SECURITY AGENCY, INC. (“Agency”) for
the service that the Agency has rendered in favor of the Canyon Ranch Subdivision

As provided in the executed MODIFICATION TO GUARD SERVICE

CONTRACT, the GUARD SERVICE CONTRACT (“Original Contract”), between the
Agency and CRHAI, will end on 1 July 2019, to wit:

“2. Extend the CONTRACT for a period of (1) Year with a new termination date of
1 July 2019.”

Pursuant to the above provision, please be informed that CRHAI shall not be
renewing the Original Contract and will no longer be engaging the services of the Agency
after 1 July 2019. Therefore, as provided under provision “9” of the Original Contract, at
least thirty (30) days written notice is hereby being given to the Agency that CRHAI
will not be renewing, amending, or otherwise extending, the period of the
Original Contract between CRHAI and the Agency. In view thereof, such contract of
service will end at _(time)_____ on 1 July 2019.

Additionally, in reference to provision “2” of the Original Contract, which states:

“The AGENCY shall:

“In connection with the above, the AGENCY shall likewise provide the following,
free of charge from the CLIENT but remain as property of the AGENCY the
following items previously agreed upon during the conduct of pre-bidding:
1) xxx
2) The installation of thirty six (36) ordinary CCTV cameras in the strategic
areas of the subdivision and four (4) special zoom cameras at the two main gates
on the fabricated posts made of cement inside the pvc pipe strengthened by steel
rods, Likewise, the AGENCY shall provide CCTV monitors to be placed inside the
room provided by the CLIENT and operated by lady operator 24 hours a day. The
 AGENCY shall provide an air condition unit for the CCTV room. After three (3)
contract years all CCTVs including monitors installed shall be owned by the
CLIENTS.

please note that ownership of the CCTVs and monitors in the Canyon Ranch subdivision
has already transferred to CRHAI given that three contract years have already passed
since the commencement of the Original Contract on 1 May 2015.

Kindly coordinate with __________ for matters concerning the termination of the
contract and turnover of duties.
