NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE TENDERERS

CONTRACT 10255 - 12-24 KV SINGLE PHASE STEP VOLTAGE REGULATOR

(SVR)

ADDENDUM NO. 1

In accordance with the Conditions of Tendering, ENERGEX wishes to advise

all Tenderers of the following addendum to the above tender.

1. Please remove in it’s entirety ‘10255 Part 04 JTS 02-04-01 12-24 kV

SINGLE PHASE VOLTAGE REGS’ and replace with ‘10255 Addendum
1 Attachment 1’

In order for ENERGEX to correctly evaluate your bid, Tenderers are required
to acknowledge receipt of this addendum when submitting their tender.

Please sign and date a copy of this letter for inclusion in your tender
submission.

Closing date for tenders is 2:30pm, 30 April 2012.
