Housekeeping in shop to be ok.
No unwanted material should be lying in shop. WIP and FG to be stored systematically in defined
locations. No materials are kept in heap
All Scrap / rejected material are stored in separate defined location. FG material stored in FG area
Adequate no. of Fire Extinguishers are provided at appropriate location in shop. All Fire extinguishers
are refilled within expiry date
No Unsafe conditions prevailing in shop. No unsafe action being followed for Assembly and
manufacturing. Operators are aware of Safety processes
Personnel Protective Equipment (PPEs) are provided to operators working on processes
