AFFIDAVIT OF MERIT

1. That I am the plaintiff in the above-entitled case;

2. In the complaint, I am asking for the issuance of Temporary Restraining

Order/Preliminary Injunction, ordering the defendants to stop
harassing/disturbing, my peaceful possession and cultivation of my tenanted
landholding with an area of one (1) hectare, more or less, which is portion of Lot

3. The acts of defendants being complained of, if not enjoined, would cause grave
and irreparable damage or injury, to us and render ineffectual the decision of the
