The role of the Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor is to provide ‘hands-on’ support for the Electrical /
Instrumentation (E&I) Coordinator and Superintendent, so as to ensure that the maintenance, modifications, servicing
and installation activities carried out by the E&I maintenance team are performed in a professional, safe, diligent,
timely, cost efficient and cost effective manner, whilst taking into consideration the priority requirements of the
Process Plants and associated infrastructure’s electrical & instrumentation plant, equipment & apparatus being
attended to.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Graduated from Polytechnic / Technical training institute or approved Apprenticeship with Electrical
qualifications
2. Possess a valid recognised Driver’s licence
3. Experience in similar supervisory positions minimum 5 years within the mining, oil & gas or similar heavy
industrial environment.
4. A good understanding of world class mining standards and associated safety standards (ANZS, BS, IEC &
ASTM)
5. A good understanding of ‘Computer Maintenance Management Systems’ (CMMS)
6. Experience with electrical & instrumentation maintenance, problem-solving and inspection processes.
7. Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards within the mineral processing industry.
8. Ability to understand and efficiently carry out written and oral instructions.
9. Interpretation of engineering / electrical drawings.
10. Ability to demonstrate ‘Safe Working Procedures’ to subordinates.
11. Ability to estimate the amounts of labour, materials, and equipment required for tasks / projects.
12. Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km2 that
falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1.303 km2.
The resource based on 31 December 2018 includes 8.1 Moz of Gold and 69 Moz of Silver, with economic ore reserves
of 4.5Moz gold and 34Moz silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of
Martabe Gold Mine is 5.9Mtpa ore to produce in excess of 350,000 oz of Gold and 2-3 Moz of Silver per annum.
PT Agincourt Resources engages approximately 2,600 employees and contractors which more than 70 % have been
recruited from South Tapanuli and other regions in North Sumatra.
PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara (PTDTN) is the majority shareholder of PT Agincourt Resources with a total 95% of
the shareholding. The shareholders of PTDTN are PT United Tractors Tbk 60% and PT Pamapersada Nusantara 40%.
These companies are part of the PT Astra International Tbk group. The 5% share ownership is owned by the
Government of South Tapanuli Regency and North Sumatra Province (local governments).
To strengthen the existing maintenance management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the
Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:
Manage the Reliability Engineering function within fixed plant maintenance and provide technical support
to the Maintenance execution teams in line with operational needs. They will work as part of a team and
seek continuous improvement opportunities and provide professional support to the broader maintenance
group.
Develop and implement condition monitoring and predictive maintenance techniques with the aim of
improving process plant asset performance. Improving performance will see reduced number of first time
and recurring lost production incidents leading to increased process plant availability. The focus of the role
will be 2 fold, first being managing and executing the condition monitoring program (vibration analysis, oil
analysis, thermography, NDT techniques) and second delivering on improved mechanical equipment
reliability.
Provide input into the optimisation of current maintenance strategies in consultation with the Maintenance
Execution and Planning departments to ensure that PM’s and other maintenance activities will safely
deliver the desired equipment performance and reliability.
Close interaction with your peers: Mechanical, Electrical, Process and Metallurgical Personnel as well as
Maintenance Planning and Supply & Logistics will be crucial to the overall success of your role.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Graduated from Mechanical Engineer – Diploma III, desirable Bachelor Degree (4 year) in Mechanical
Engineering from recognized University
2. Possess broad based, comprehensive experience in similar supervisory position within the mining, oil &
gas or similar heavy industrial environment.
3. Hands on knowledge of Pronto or similar CMMS Software Knowledge of maintenance tactics development
tools (RCM, FMEA, PMO, etc.)
4. A good understanding of world class mining standards and associated safety standards (ANZS, BS, IEC,
ASTM & PAS 55)
5. A good understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

6. Extensive previous experience with reliability engineering in mining process plant or heavy industry
environment
7. Broad based comprehensive experience with mechanical maintenance problem-solving and inspection
processes.
8. Good knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies.
9. Knowledge and understanding of different condition monitoring technologies (Vibration Analysis,
Thermography, Oil Analysis, NDT techniques).
10. Monitor equipment wear rates and use this data to optimize PM Tasks.
11. Interpretation of engineering drawings.
12. Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis as required. Identify and implement required corrective actions,
complete required documentation.
13. Ability to estimate the amounts of required developed Safe Working Procedures and demonstrate these to
subordinate.
14. Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
15. Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point Outlook and Internet
16. Vibration, Oil Analysis, IR Thermography and NDT Training Qualification
17. Be able to communicate in English.

1. Experience 1 – 4 years in Mine Geology, especially pit mapping and grade control.
2. Experience in mapping, drilling and sampling activities.
3. Self-motivated and willing to work hard.
4. Willing to be trained as well as trainer for others.
5. Fluent in English either written or verbal communications is a must.
6. Familiar with Geological modelling or Grade control software, with preferably on Surpac.
7. Familiar with ASD, XRD and XRF analysis is advantage

The Contracts Administrator is responsible to prepare and administer the activities of the PTAR Martabe contracting
function and ensure commercial aspects of all contracting activities throughout all PTAR user departments are in
accordance with company standards, policies and procedures, Indonesian Law and Martabe Mine Contract of
Work. The Contracts Administrator must at all times ensure a high level of support is provided to user departments
for contract bidding, negotiating, preparation, administration and management of Contracts while at all times
applying an ethical, efficient, risk managed, consistent and cost effective approach at every stage of the process.

10. Mediocre technical knowledge for contract section, experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers and
subcontractors or can demonstrate ability to apply strategic vision to contracting strategy.
11. Familiar with resource or construction industry processes and procedures.
12. Certification in supply chain will be an advantage.
