Key Factors of Outbreak

• Direct transmission : Inhalation of air close to a patient


• Contact transmission: A person touches contaminated
objects then via membranes of mouth, nose and eyes
• Aerosol transmission: Droplets – short distance
Aerosol – Long distance
• Infection is occurred before symptoms appear
• Airport Screening will be less useful
• WHO : Reproduction Number, RO is 1.4-2.5
• Incubation: 2-14 Days or longer? >20
