Min 01/08/2020: Prayer

The prayer was led by Mrs. Nawamwena Maria Goretty Tamwebusa who asked
God’s guidance during the meeting.

Min 02/08/2020: Communication from the Chairperson

The chairperson thanked God for having kept them safely despite of the COVID 19
outbreak.
She welcomed and thanked all members for having kept time and turned up for the
meeting though given short notes.
She informed members that there was a need to apply for a National Disability
grant from the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development and also to
select a suitable project for the grant.
She wished members fruitful discussions during the meeting and declared the
meeting open.

Min 03/08/2020: Selection of a project for the group

One member thanked the Chairperson for her deliberate efforts of looking forward
for grants which can help persons with disabilities to implement project in order to
eradicate poverty in their community. She suggested piggery project because most
of the member had skills in live stalk farming, it attracted less theft compared to
other agricultural projects and also has high product output within the shortest
period of time.

She was seconded by Kirenzi Aivani and the rest of the members.

Min 04/08/2020: Resolutions

All members resolved to implement piggery project.

Min 05/08/2020: Closure

The chairperson thanked members for their deliberate discussions during the
meeting and wished them safe journeys back home.
She adjourned the meeting 4.05pm

Min 01/08/2020: Prayer

The meeting started with an opening prayer led by Mugabi Christopher who called
God for the guidance during the meeting for the development of the group.

Min 02/08/2020: Communication from the Chairperson

The chairperson in the names of Nakandha Monica welcomed all members for
having attended the meeting and told the members that there is a need of opening
up a bank account for proper accountability of the group. Finally declared the
meeting open for discussion.

Min 03/08/2020: Opening of the bank account

Izimba Samuel stood by saying that the issue put down by the chairperson is
crucial, so he came up with the proposal that the account should be opened in
Finance Trust Bank and the signatories be;

Mugabi Christopher - Treasurer

The proposal was seconded one Nawamwena Maria Goretty Tamwebusa and
finally they agreed that bank account be opened in Centenary bank and the
signatories be;

Mugabi Christopher
Both of them should sign to effect any transaction.
Min 04/08/2020: Closure

Finally chairperson once again thanked members for the effort offered for the
development of the group and the meeting was closed at 4:00 Pm.
