How To Submit Reflections & Responses (R&R)
How To Submit Reflections & Responses (R&R)
Submitting Reflections
The clock starts for submitting Reflections the day after both classes for a week are done,
at 00:00hrs. Moodle will show a Forum for that topic before the submission window opens.
Post your “Reflections” to the Forum as an original post. Do not reply to someone else’s
post. This will ensure that each Reflection post will have its own discussion thread.
There will also be a Turnitin Assignment open for submission along with the Reflections
Forum. Upload the content of your Reflections post to Turnitin Assignment as well. If you
choose to submit more than three Reflections, you can skip the Turnitin Assignment
submission from the fourth submission onwards.
The start date and end date for submission of Reflections is given below. The submission
window will be open for 5 full days. Requests for considering late submissions due to
whatever reason (including COVID-19) will not be entertained.
Submitting Responses
To submit responses, you need to wait for someone to first submit a Reflection. Once a
Reflection post is up in the Forum, you can submit your response provided you did not submit
Reflections post for that class. Post your response as a reply to the original Reflections post,
so all responses are available as thread. You can post as many responses as you like and engage
in conversations with the author of the post and other respondents. That’s the idea of R&R.
For each of your responses that you want me to grade, please start the response with,
[TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EVALUATION]
You can mark up to four responses thus, which I will score and will take the best two for
grading. The marking should be made when the response is posted first. Editing in later will
not be considered. Requests for considering responses not marked for evaluation (as above)
will not be entertained at all. Conversations can continue after the deadline for submission of
Responses, but these will not be evaluated.
