I. Description and Objective: Land Titles and Deeds as a subject in the college of law aim to
educate the students in the introduction of land titling and registration of Land Titles in the Philippines. It
includes how Torrens title of Registration was introduced and adopted by the Philippine Government. How
it was implemented in different laws passed by the Philippine Government.

The subject also includes different deeds relating to titles over land and building, the registration
thereof to the Registry of Deeds and the corresponding effects. This enables the students to learn the
applicability of the documents in relations to the registrable land and properties.

ALL STUDENTS ARE OBLIGED TO READ AND DIGEST THE RELATED CASE/JURISPRUDENCE AND
ALWAYS READY FOR RECITATION WHICH WILL FORM PART OF CLASS STANDING.
