PREFACE:

G
rowing up in Africa, I saw the dark side of the magical arts. It was
(and still is) used to terrorize and destroy people. Where sorcery
and Blood-magic is used to manipulate and harm people in all area of
their lives: in their businesses, in local and national politics, and their
health and wellbeing.

Also, in my international travels, I have seen the increase of evil

magic in modern First World cities. The mutilated bodies of people
who have been tortured in evil rites are thrown into the River
Thames in London. And the same abominations are happening in
the metropolitan cites of Europe, America and elsewhere.

Sorcerers now blatantly advertize their services to homes, and

on the internet. There are websites offering curses and evil spells to
destroy enemies. And now, more than ever before, there are easily
obtained books teaching their readers how to summon evil spirits.
And how to 'visit destruction' on other human beings.

Only last month, an 'academic' conference was held in Stockholm

dedicated to "Embracing the Dark': The majority of speakers were
self-avowed practitioners of sorcery. All of these ancient evils were,
at one time, cast out from most of First World culture. But now, due
to the decline in spiritual consciousness, they are back - and thriving.

So, I am very pleased to now publish this manual of Psychic Self­

defense. It is my earnest wish that it will help and protect many.

INTRODUCTION:

A
PSYChiC attack - what is it? It is when the subtle aspects of
the mind are violently used to bring hurt, distress, pain and
suffering to another person. It is a form of astral bullying. It can be
caused by a number of things and that varies from what could be
called 'mild' to 'fatal'. Psychic attack is also known as "ill wishing':
''evil eye': "cursing': and "malificare': Despite what some modern folk
think - the reality of Psychic attack has been recognised by every
culture in human history. Now you do not get that amount of smoke
without a big fire.

But, it is important, first and foremost, to know that Psychic attack

is rare. It is not an everyday occurrence in the lives of most people.

In cases of suspected PsychiC attacks, diagnosis should always

precede treatment, to ascertain whether something is a true Psychic
attack or not. So the first thing that should be looked at is, the health
of the person being attacked and their subjective conditions. Is there
anything that has made them more susceptible to paranoia? This can
be physical health; not eating properly; lack of exercise and fresh air;
the use of drugs (not medically prescribed ones); overuse of alcohol
will aggravate the conditions; and also obsessing or stressing out
over matters in life, such as: work, family and romance.

Has the person been engaging in "passive psychism" (what is

wrongly called "spiritual-development")? The kind of New Age
flim-flam that advocates 'open yourself up and just allow whatever
comes to you'? This kind of passivity lowers the natural defenses
of the psyche (the soul of the person) and can lead to forms of
mental invasion, as well as hypersensitivity and self-delusions. Many
professional psychics are neurotic and have nervous disorders. All of
these factors have to be taken into account for an accurate diagnosis.

Also the practical question is: if a person may be under Psychic

attack, then why are they being attacked? If it is a true case it will be
that they have an enemy, somebody who is 'in hate with them. This
may well have a cause. The fact that the person has an enemy doesn't
mean that they are a bad person. However, we all know of cases of
people who have a great hatred for an individual and because there
are no laws controlling psychic attack, some people with a little know­
how and some with a great deal of knowledge resort to this kind of
evil as a way of bringing pain to people whom they hate. When we
are dealing with Psychic attacks at the usual level - I distinguish them
from 'magical attacks' which are far more serious.

Indicators of Psychic Attack

s o what are the indications of a Psychic attack? Characteristic

dreams are typically terrifying. They will usually have a similar
scenario and involve the same people or the same images or even
the same creatures - for example a wolf or a hyena. The feeling of
weight upon the chest, particularly when one is sleeping and then
one comes to half-wakefulness. There have been many pictures
painted over the centuries showing beings kneeling upon the chest
of victims. If there is this sense of weight on the chest, and the other
conditions are proven, this is usually an indication that the source of
the attack is nearby. That is because there is etheric energy (it is not a
purely astral event), and etheric energy requires that the person who
is sending the attack is nearby and able to generate ectoplasm.

The sense of fear and oppression is very characteristic of these

psychic or occult attacks. But it is extremely rare for an attack to
come straight out of the blue. In the same way that some people can
tell when a thunderstorm is coming; so an approaching assault often

casts a shadow on the consciousness of the victim before it arrives.

And this sense of oppression can be felt by the intended victim.

Nervous exhaustion is one of the indications of Psychic attack.

When the person is fully under attack, they don't sleep well, they
are frightened to sleep and this in turn leads to increasing nervous
exhaustion and of course in time will lead to a mental breakdown.
It is quite rare for basic Psychic attacks to result in the death of a
person, although it is possible. Usually it is the full-on magical
attacks, the occult attacks of the bigger level, that will be aiming at
the destruction of the person's physical life.

Generally Psychic attacks drag down the emotional and mental

health of the person concerned. Changes in temperature in the
home, electrical problems and unusual phenomena around the
person being attacked is an indication. Also, if the symptoms of the
psychic assault lessen, or go away altogether when the victim is in a
totally different environment, is indicative. In other words, if they go
on a journey away from their home, away for a few days and there
are no symptoms, but as soon as they come back to their usual place
the symptoms return again.

It is important to realize that headaches and a general malaise, in

and of themselves, do not indicate a Psychic attack. There are other
factors too that may be involved: health issues; allergies; various
intolerances. It is also important to realize that difficulties in life
like losing one's job, or breaking up with one's partner, and things
like this are not indicators of Psychic attack. It is also important to
ascertain whether the person is getting the right amount of sleep.
Sleep is very necessary to avoid imbalances on all levels, particularly
on the psychic leveL

The symptoms we have mentioned so far are, what we could call,

the subjective symptoms - and they have to be sifted through very

carefully because they are subjective on the part of the person. There
are other phenomena which are more objective that indicate that
the person is being attacked. After all, the attack is coming in most
cases from the malignant mind of another human being, and in most
cases that person is actively psychic themselves. They are not doing it
with knowledge, they are doing it through direct mental focus upon
the person whom they hate, but what they do stirs up other powers
in the astral neighbourhood (the astral environment). This is why
a sense of fear is one of the surest signs that herald an attack, but
one needs to ascertain whether the person is naturally fearful due
to life-experience, low self-esteem or whether it only come on since
the attacks. After all, with most attacks, if they are successful, the
victim becomes afraid to sleep; they cannot keep awake indefinitely;
they become worn out by the fear, the lack of sleep, and mental
breakdown soon follows.

Evil smells and odours are another manifestation of an astral

attack. The characteristic smell is that of rotting flesh like a corpse
that has been left in the sun. These smells come and go capriciously
but while they are there and manifesting, there is no doubt about
them and why these smells are strong indicators is because others in
the room can smell them as well as the victim. Sometimes the smell
is like the stink of drains. These smells come and go.

A curious phenomenon is 'slime' - like the mucous trail left by

slugs - this appears on walls, sometimes the ceiling, but more often
than not on the floor. The strange thing is that sometimes there are
marks, like footprints, in the slime. Also, if there is snow around the
home of the person who is under attack, sometimes there will be odd
footprints in the snow that appear from nowhere and lead nowhere.

They are suddenly there and they go on for a few yards and then they
stop.

Another phenomenon of Psychic-attack is bruises and even cuts

upon the body of the victim. This happens because of skirmishing
during sleep. This is the phenomena of repercussion. If somebody
who is doing the attack is more trained, they will deliberately wait
until their intended victim is probably out of their body, in sleep and
that is when they will do their major assault. Then when the person
wakes there are bruises on the body, often in a definite pattern. It is
also known in severe cases to register as cuts and wounds. These can
be bites and scratches appearing usually on the limbs but not always.
In very severe magical attacks this can be even more pronounced.

Fire breaking out in odd places, electrical problems, lighting,

heating, electrical gadgets, computers keep flaring or breaking for
no apparent reason is an indicator that magical force is at work. And
then there may be Poltergeist activity, which is when objects are
thrown about, or noisy manifestations occur: when there is nobody
else in the house and unexplained sounds are heard people. There
is another curious phenomena which most occultists call the "astral
bell': The sound varies. It often resembles the sound of a cracked wine
glass, or a knife blade, but it can sound like a full bronze bell. This
phenomena usually announces the coming of some kind of entity
but it does not necessarily mean that it is a herald of evil. Sometimes
the sound of silvery bells or like Tibetan singing bowls or gongs, can
signal the advent of good spirits and angels. So this in itself should
not be seen as malignant.

It also needs to be borne in mind that, some individuals will use

the topic of Psychic attack as a way to get attention. This needs a
'hawk eye' - experienced perception - because even an otherwise

balanced person, if they have been under attack for a while, will be
exhibiting signs of nervousness, fearfulness, that could lead one to
think that the person is neurotic or paranoid. If there is a suspicion
that this may be case, then this is where any physical phenomenona -
particularly when it has been seen by other people - is of importance.
One nee<,ls to recognize that not everybody who thinks they are
under Psychic-attack needs a cleansing or an exorcism; what they
really need is a good therapist!

It is also known that drug addicts can use the excuse of Psychic
attack to cover up their additions. They can successfully pass
themselves off for a considerable length of time as victims of an
attack. And so when one sees their dilated pupils, the weight loss,
the erratic behaviour, the passive-aggressive nature, this is due to the
addiction and not to genuine Psychic attack.

Attackers

T
he kind of Psychic attacks mentioned in the previously are
generally of the kind sent by a strong-willed person (with
some astral development) who by strength of will, and obsessive
hatred, is determined to bring harm to their intended victim. How
do they reach the other person? In the same way that, when a person
is 'in love' with someone else, particularly during the romantic phase,
they will think about the other almost to the exclusion of anything
else. They are always fantasizing and wishing - picturing the other in
their mind. In the same way, if a person is 'in hate: and determined
to bring harm to another person, they will also start a visualization
campaign regarding the other. Night-time is more conducive for
attacks than daytime; it is hard for the energy used in a Psychic
attack to manifest during daylight. Usually, that can only happen if
the attack is very well developed, has been going on for a long time.

Later on, I will teach ways in which to negate, protect and cleanse
from these kind of attacks.

The second type of attack, which I will call <occult attack' to

distinguish it from the more telepathic level, is where either the
person doing the attack has some kind of magical training or has
paid somebody else to attack the person on their behalf (in other
words - a psychic hit man). Firstly a person who has some knowledge
- there are more books on these subjects than ever before in human
history. And, unfortunately, there they will pick up some things and
unfortunately there are websites too on the internet telling people
how to set curses and how to ill wish or how to send the evil eye,
the Malefici, upon their so-called enemies. If a person has some
knowledge they may try to create a <fetch'. A fetch is a thought form
that has been built up and given the command to visit and bring
harm to the intended victim. This is why often when these are being
employed there is a sense of weight upon the chest when the person
is corning out of or just going into deep sleep. The person with some
knowledge may well be using rituals, ceremonies, and substances to
maintain the attack.

A person who is involved in an ugly divore, can become a victim

of PsychiC attack - particularly when greed is involved - when there
is money to be made out of the divorce settlement. Some people,
without any moral basis, will also use Black Magic to compete in
business - or to remove other people who stand in the way on the
ladder of promotion. In certain societies, individuals go to a sorcerer
and pay them to attack another person on their behalf. And do
not think that this is confined to the Third World. now that many
countires are multi-cultural, more and more people in Europe and
the USA are turning to the Dark Arts, to get revenge, or manipulate
circumstances, and to get unfair advantage over others.

Pets

T
he behaviour of animals or pets is very informative in these
matters. In cases of true Psychic attack any pet dogs will behave
very cowardly. They do not become aggressive. They will whimper
and hide, tails between their legs and retreat. If any entity comes into
a place where there are pet dogs, if the entity is truly benevolent (well
intentioned) a dog will wag its tail, sit up, and look at the place where
the entity is. But, if the entity is malefic, then a dog will whimper,
cringe and retreat - try to leave the room, or will huddle behind its
owner. Dogs are no defense at all against dark entities. And pet cats?
Cats are completely untrustworthy in ascertaining the nature of any
entity. Cats are very psychically attuned, they like psychic energy -
but regardless of the intentions of the entitiy. So cats will very rarely
indicate the nature of any entity, except in very strong cases - where
it is not just an unclean spirit but a demon - then the cat will spit, hiss
and try to get out of the room as fast as possible.

Duration

I
t is important to bear in mind that it is not easy to sustain a
Psychic or a magical attack. It takes much more effort on the
part of the sender, than it does on the part of the defender. Once
a victim knows how to protect themselves from this kind of astral
violence, it then requires enormous energy and time, on the part
of the sender, and few people (apart from trained occultists) have
the ability to maintain an attack. And even those who can, are still
subject to astral tides in different seasons; so maintaining an attack is
very time-consuming and tiring. In the same way that, some people
romanitcally obsess about another person - unrequited love - in

some cases, their disappointment turns into hatred - "I will make
her sorry for not haven chosen me':

Nevertheless, in time, this usually passes - although we know from

some crimes of murder that this is not always the case. Generally
speaking, the person will move on. They do tend to have an obsessive
kind of personality but, usually they will find something, or someone,
else to obsess about.

When there is magical knowledge involved, particularly if they have

employed a 'hit man' (a sorcerer or a practitioner of the Dark Arts,
who puts their knowledge up for sale) then the attacks can be far more
severe because then they will often invoke entities (unclean spirits,
demons, and certain types of Elementals). These are invoked, and then
deliberately sent, like assassins, to bring harm to the intended victim.
These types of attack are far more dangerous and more difficult to
deal with; but nevertheless, in this book, we will show how to defend
oneself from these kind of assaults - where possible.

Entities

H
ere, we are dealing with psychic disturbances that arise from
the presence of entities. By which I mean entities who are not
working with human beings (like sorcerers), but are self-motivated.
The first type of entity are those who are related to a place. These
are often what are traditionally called the "unquiet dead"; meaning
the earth-bound souls of dead human beings; humans who have
died, but whose souls (consciousnesses) are still bound to a physical
location. This may be due to ignorance on their part about to their
true state (that they are physically dead), or are earth-bound because,
being materialistic while they were alive, have not shifted to a more

refined plane of being.

Ghosts should not be confused with earth-bound souls. A 'ghost'

is simply a memory imprinted into the astral atmosphere of a place.
There is no intelligence behind a ghost. A ghost is simply a highly
charged event that has become impregnated onto the atmospheric
memory of a place. And, under certain conditions, they will replay
themselves. Ghosts are neither good nor bad - although they can be
pleasant or unpleasant - but, in and of themesleves they are just the
memories a a place. They can be removed - but generally speaking -
one just get used to them and pays little attention to them. (Although
it is polite to warn any guests you may have staying over.)

Earth-bound souls, the unquiet dead, are actual human beings,

who are either trapped through ignorance, or who have stuck
through their own will and actions. The worst cases are usually
suicides. Suicides are notorious for remaining in the places of their
self-murder. This is why suicide has unpleasantly been called: "Satan's
sacrament': Most, but not all, suicides are a form of extreme passive­
aggression . They take their lives while in a state of intense depression
(and sulking plays a part), refusing to move on with the flow of Life,
and so they tend to stay put - stuck. The worst cases seem to be those
who have committed suicide by hanging themselves. It seems that
this may be due to the fact that, Breath being the first movement of
incarnate life, and the ceasing of breath is the end of incarnate life
- so self-strangulation or hanging goes against the primal basis of
physical life itself.

It is also possible that a place is psychically soiled due to historic

reasons: a series of murder, the site of a battle. But, the Nazi death
camps in in Europe have no earth-bound souls lingering in them.
They were freed by intensive prayer and exorcism thanks to dedicated

men and women over the years. Nevertheless, the atmosphere of

those death camps is still unclean, and a Sensitive (a person who is
psychically receptive) would be deeply distressed by them. There are
places also that are unclean because the nature spirits of the land are
ill-intentioned. In the same way that there are Power-sites of Light,
that outpour life-energry, so too, there are dark sites that radiate
unwholseome energy. One of the ways of detecting these, is the fact
that, animals and birds will be rare in such places.

In cases of both the unquiet dead, or the haunting of places by

entities, the people affected by it (the victims) should call in an
authentic Exorcist. By the way, a true Exorcist will not charge for
performing the exorcism. They may legitimately ask for their expenses
to be reimbursed (for travel, if there are overnight expenses), but
they will not charge for exorcism itself, any more than true healers
charge for healing. So, beware of professional psychics who talk
about people being 'indwelled by spirits and aliens: and who will
charge money to take them out - it is just a confidence trick, preying
on the gullible.

The other form of attack from entities is where the victim

themselves has been dabbling with occult practices, and often
psychic development. As I mentioned before, 'passive psychism' - or
what I call 'taking the top of your head off, and inviting anybody in
to come and chat' is like baby goats playing with hungry tigers. Most
people are a mix of good and bad, and this kind of taking down
of the defenses and inviting anybody in, usually attracts predators
who wish to feed upon the unsuspecting. This is why in the Wisdom
traditions all over the world, people are always trained to "test the
spirits" to ascertain that they are of God. In these kind of situations
'feelings' are very untrustworthy; just because something 'feels good'
does not mean it is good. Just because something looks beautiful

does not mean it is good. There are good -looking sociopaths and
murderers on the physical plane - it is the same on the Astral plane.
Beware of impulse masquerading as intuition!

'Testing the spirits' is critical. The traditional formula used in the

West is: "Do you acknowledge our Lord Jesus Christ". No being who
is not of the Light is able to say: "Yes, I acknowledge Jesus as Lord:'
Trained Mages have other forms of testing, but these too are also
based upon the Names of God. If a person has been doing so-called
'psychic development' - passively opening up, or channelling - they
will attract low-level of beings; often lying spirits of falsehood (astral
confidence tricksters), who in turn may open the way for darker
spirits. In this cases, a person is not being attacked by some external
human. They have foolishly made themselves into 'a dinner' for
unclean spirits . In those cases it is not a question of defending the
person from a Psychic attack, it is a question of them being cleaned
up. These kind of cases they should be directed to a competent
Exorcist or teacher, who is able to help the person clean up.

Magical assaults

he most severe type of attacks are full-on Magical assaults.

T I have already mentioned cases where somebody goes to a
sorcerer and pays them to project a curse onto another. (There are
even websites that advertise it! ) A full magical assault is where a
trained sorcerer or a magical group is sending a concentrated, highly
organized attack at a victim. These are rare, and they always occur
for a reason. There is no such a thing as having a magical assault and
there not being, in some way or another, a connection. It doesn't
just come out of the blue. It is usually because the victim has been
involved either in the magical art themselves, or with that particular

group - or having an enemy who is a group member.

These attacks are extremely severe and very concentrated. In the

daily cycle the worst parts of an attack occurs between sunset and
dawn. This is because in the daily cycle: dawn to mid-day belongs
to the Fire tide, from mid -day to sunset to the Air tide, from sun set
to midnight to the Water tide, and from midnight till dawn to the
Earth tide. The Earth element, being the grossest of the elements, is
when the most severe attacks often take place. This is why people talk
about the 'witching hour' - after midnight. It is also why, if we are
depressed or upset, it is in the small hours of the morning (between
midnight and dawn) that the things we worry about keep us awake,
or that we have the worst dreams. When our inner demons come out
and play.

Magical assaults use a lot of energy. And they cannot be sustained

over the Spring or Autumn Equinox. Equinoxes break up all astral
forms, and therefore they have to be built again - otherwise the attack
will disintegrate. So, the group or sorcerer will have to re-build and re­
empower the assault all over again, after the equinox tide has passed.
I know from a colleague of mine, who spent years working in secure
psychiatric institutions, that a surprising number of people in there,
were the victims of Magical assault; even though they were classified
as medically insane. And it would be just after the Equinoxes, that
these people would manifest spontaneous wounds and bruising on
their bodies as the renew attacks came into force.

The most common reason for Black Magic groups attacking

somebody in this way is usually when someone who has been a
vowed member of that group, and has tried to get out of membership,
and away from their influence. We also have to face facts that, if a
person has been involved with Black Magic, they make themselves

vulnerable to dark forces, to unclean entities and demons, and to

the Fallen angels. In cases like these, the person needs to undergo
a much purification to become immune to those powers. This is
because, if any entity or force is magically invoked, it passes through
the consciousness, and the nervous system, of the practitioner(s). By
calling up the spirits of darkness, those entites now have footholds in
the mind, astral, and etheric bodies of the summoners.

Such a thing is not easily undone. A full Magical assault by trained

sorcerer, or by a Lodge of Shadow, requires very specialist help
indeed to overcome it. The most severe consequence of a sustained
Magical assault is Demonic Possession.

Demonic Possession

emonic Possession is is where the person is no longer a

D victim of an external attack. Let us liken an Magical attack
to laying a Siege to a city, or to a castle. But, if the victim does not
know how to defend themselves, then that is like the hostile attackers
coming inside the courtyards of the castle (the victim's aura). And, a
full Demonic Possession is when the hostile force invades the castle
itself. The demons (there are always more than one) have taken
possession of the victim's physical body.

Some very powerful sorcerers, will summon demons, and then

deliberately send them to possess their victims.

All cases of demonic possession should to be referred to competent

Exorcists - to those men and women - whom God has appointed to
cleanse evil from places, and from people.

Preliminary defences

e need to look first and foremost at lessening the effects

W of the psychic attack. A victim needs to first look at their
physical life - they must be very hygienic (they should bathe or
shower at least twice a day); their food should be fresh; they should
make sure that their bowel movements are regular. I say this because
digested food staying in the gut longer than it should, can also be used
as an anchor by unclean forces and spirits. In other words the person
should be open to regular cycles; they should drink much clear, fresh
water and avoid all intoxicants of any sort. Their clothes should be
clean. They should not mope about day after day wearing the same
clothes. Their bedding too should be cleaned. Where possible, when
it has been washed, it should be hung in sunlight so that air and
sunlight can cleanse any psychic residue from the clothing or from
the sheets and pillowcases.

The person should also be very careful about the way they discard
from their bodies, by which I mean when they brush their hair or
comb it or when they shave or they cut their finger nails or toe nails
they should be very scrupulous that these are discarded correctly -
they should not be left around, particularly in Third World countries
where some of the sorcerers use what is called 'blood magic' - they
rely very much upon getting portions of the person's body (hair, nail
clippings etc). In the First Word too - as it becomes more multi­
cultural and some of these blood magic practices are now better
known than before, one cannot think just because one lives in New
York, or in Paris, that there aren't people who can and will practice
those kinds of magic.

So to lessen the effect the victim should practice cleanliness. They

should also take walks in the country. There is nothing better than a

walk in nature to rebalance us and to ground us. The natural forces

of nature have a great sanity to it. One of the reasons way many
people become victims to this kind of thing is because of the inward
turned lives that 2 1 sl Century people tend to live: in their living
rooms looking at their televisions, reading books or playing on the
computer. It is kind of half-life, never touching the good Earth, never
walking amongst the trees or swimming in clean water. Walks should
be encouraged in the victim as it stops them obsessing. It gives them
a reality-check where they become once more more focused upon
the earth-plane, rather than the semi half-life between the physical
and the astral plane. So outdoor walks are excellent for bring fresh,
clean vitality into a person's system and aura.

If the victim knows who the person is who is attacking them they
should follow these particular safeguards. Possessions are a direct
link: photographs and letters should all be returned. If the victim
has any letters or photographs or possessions of the person who
they believe is attacking them, they should return them. If this is
not possible then they should if possible be destroyed. If for some
reason this is not possible, then the victim should visualize a link
connecting them to the objects and envision that link being cut,
severed and burned so that it no longer connects them to the object.

If you know the person doing the attack has photographs or

possessions of you then you have to do this visualization to stop the
link between. With photographs it helps to take upon the attitude that
you have grown and changed since that photograph has been taken.
Although this may have to be repeated for several weeks it will usually
break any linkage through them. Any gifts or possessions from the
other person should be returned to them. If it is not possible, remove
them from your premises entirely because they serve as a doorway in

which the attack can come. Ideally they should be burned.

If the victim is thinking 'ah but it is such a beautiful possession'

or 'it is so valuable' it needs to be pointed out to them 'what is more
valuable: your life and well-being or this particular trinket'? The
victim also needs to be careful with cast-offs because these again can
be used as links for them. Again one should visualize oneself as being
disconnected from them. We have covered hair and nail clippings -
ideally they should also be burned or flushed away down the sewage
system.

The victim should also keep information and plans to themselves.

There is strength in silence and if somebody doesn't know your plans
it becomes very difficult for them to plan when to attacks. If a victim
uses Facebook, the victim should be careful about announcing any
plans. You don't give information to the enemy. Nor should you ever
accept gifts, food or hospitality from a person suspected of being the
source of the attack. Even plants can be magically charged and when
they are brought into the home they influence the environment. Guilt
is yet another manipulative tool. The victim must understand that
any social interaction with someone suspected of psychic attacking
is opening the doors for the attacks to continue.

They should avoid all contact with the suspected party, on any level
including phones, e-mails or letters. Often phone calls are used to
re-establish and strengthen the connection. So, if possible and if it is
feasible, change the phone number or get it unlisted. I remember the
case of a woman who was going through divorce. Her husband had
some magical knowledge, and every evening about 23 :00 he would
phone her. In the background will be playing music that they both
associated as 'their' song and he would be making creepy suggestions
and provoking memories whispering down the phone. This made

i1er very vulnerable to his thoughts and to his directed will. If by any
:hance the victim does encounter the suspected individual in public,
they should keep the conversation as brief as possible and avoid eye
:ontact. Give them no information whatsoever about your activities,
�ven in idle conversation.

The victim should also resist unwanted fantasies and thoughts.

There is a lot to be said for turning the mind away from the attacker.
Telepathy is a two-way street - it flows in both directions. So
whenever a thought of a person comes up the victim should turn
their mind to something else. A very good defense against this kind
of telepathic bombardment is to use a nursery rhyme, e.g. "Hickory
dickory dock, the mouse ran up the clock". This said over-and-over
makes a mental maze - so there can be no clear telepathic flow back
from the victim to the sender.

Also, a very important thing is to realize that you should not blame
yourself. Providing you have not done any evil to the sender in the
first place, you should not blame yourself for the involvement. We
are human beings. We learn through our mistakes. We grow through
our mistakes. The fact that you were in a relationship with - or 'got
in the way' - of a psychic or magical sociopath, without knowledge,
does not mean that you are to blame. Many family members of
convicted serial killers are appalled to discover what their relation
or partner did. They had no idea whatsoever what he or she was
dOing. The victim must forgive themselves for the involvement with
the attacker. They should not give more energy or more openings
to the attack through self-blame and self-recrimination. Self-blame,
guilt, recrimination just makes the victim more impotent.

The victim can also increase their "spiritual value" in the eyes of the
Universe, through aquiring Merit, by generating good karma. This is

done by actions of loving-kindness. Not by giving gifts to family and

friends (that is just transactional), but by generosity to strangers, and
helpless unknown people. What goes around, comes around. If we
are genrous to others - for no other reason than the fact that we can
be - then the Universe is generous to us.

A very power piece of protective magic is laughter. Laughter is life­

affirming, it is the very antithesis of eviL One of my teachers used to
say: "If you are under magical attack, first make sure your protections
are up, and then just put on a good comedy show or film on TV, and
have a good laugh': Laughter breaks negative bonds. (That is why
tyrants hate comedians.) It can diffuse most tense situations, and it
blesses the individuals. Laughter, as the affirmation of well-being,
really disheartens a sorcerer who is sending a magical assault; seeing
their attack beat impotently against strong walls-of-defense; and
their intended victim safe within, and having a good time, chuckling
away.

The person who is being victimised by psychic or magical attack

should also stop doing any kind of private ritual work, and most
kinds of meditations. They should replace rituals and meditations
with prayer (invocations of Grace). Ideally the prayers should be
those learnt in childhood; not for any particular religious reasons
but simply because the prayers of childhood are the ones held most
deeply by the subconscious mind. And, in most cases, those prayers
have a sense of safety, care, and protection associated with them. So,
even if the victim has changed religion in their adult life, they will get
better effects resorting to the prayers of their childhood for making
barriers of light between themselves and their would-be attacker.

Raising the Walls of Prayer

rue prayer is an invocation of Grace; it is the bringing down of

T the Light of Heaven. While intercessory prayer is the elevation
of consciousness to the Spiritual Plane. The sad reason why most
people cannot effectively pray is because they do not engage their
whole being in prayer; they do not know how to draw upon their
God-given potential. Many folk think that 'praying' is repeating
special words - parrot fashion. Although it is true that the Divine
"hears" all prayer, the reason why they seem not to be answered is
because, their prayers never get past the ego, the false self. There can
be no clear influx of Light without self transcendence.

To effectivly pray, to pray-with-power, we must use all three

aspects of our consciousness. These three modes are: 1 1 our spiritual
"Superconsciousness" ; 21 waking awareness, our "Self consciousness";
and 31 the deep mind, our "Subconsciousness". These three come
into effect when we perform "Intention': "Focus" and "Graced
imagination". The Intention is simply the clear purpose for which
you are praying (or working ritual, since ritual is "praying through
actions" ). The Focus is being fully engaged in what you are saying
or doing, being undistracted. And Graced imagination is visualizing
sacred images while also resonating with them emotionally.

So, I will be teaching these aspects in the various techniques of

Psychic Self-defense that follow - so that they will be truly potent.

Holy Water

he use of sacred water goes back to the ancient Egypt, where

T is was called: "Water of the celestial Nile': What is it? "Holy
Water" is water that has been charged, magnetised, or blessed (these

are three ways of saying the same thing) with Light power. It is one
of the most effective tools for counteracting dark and evil influences.
As St Teresa of Avila pointed out: "We know that Holy Water is truly
effective because, when shown the sacred Cross demons will flee
from a place; but they will often return later. But when Holy Water is
used, the demons cannot return:' The term "conscrecrated ground"
(or "hallowed ground") simply means a location has been blessed
with Holy Water.

Holy Water that has been blessed by a priest is most easily obtained
from a church. Most Roman Catholic churches will have a vessel
from which people may get Holy Water to take home. You will need
to have a container with you to transport it. However, if this is not
possible then you will have to do it yourself; but it requires greater
effort when done by a person who is not an ordained priest.

You will need clean water (even tap water can be successfully used)
and a small amount of salt. First, remind yourself of the Inner Light
that is the core of your being, and then speak your intention to bless
Holy Water. Direct your attention to the salt; hold your hand over it,
and visualize that the Universal Light is flowing through your Inner
Light, along the subtle channels in your arm, and pouring out - like
a radiant cascade - from your hand and into the salt, while you say:

"I EXORCISE THEE, CREATURE OF EARTH, BY THE LIVING

+ GOD, BY THE HOLY + GOD, BY THE OMNIPOTENT +

GOD, THAT THOU MAY EST BE PURIFIED OF ALL EVIL

INFLUENCES. IN THE NAME OF ADONAI, W HO IS LORD OF
ANGELS AND OF HUMANKIND".

As you make the three Signs of the Cross, visualize them as equal­
armed crosses (the Greek Cross), because that represents the four
letters of the Ineffable Name of God. And "see" the Cross of Light

penetrating the grains of salt - not floating 'over' them, but going
'into' them. (This method of visualizing the Cross of Light applies to
all other rituals that follow.) And say:

"CREATURE OF EARTH ADORE THY CREATOR. IN THE

NAME OF GOD THE FATHER, ALMIGHTY MAKER OF
HEAVEN AND EARTH AND OF JESUS CHRIST HIS SON, OUR
SAVIOUR, I CONSECRATE + THEE TO THE SERVICE OF GOD.
IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, AND THE + SON AND OF
THE HOLY SPIRIT, AMEN".

Now direct your attention towards the water, extending your hand
over it, while praying:

"I EXORCIZE THEE, CREATURE OF WATER, BY THE

LI VING GOD, BY THE HOLY GOD, BY THE OMNIPOTENT
GOD, THAT THOU MAY EST BE PURIFIED FROM ALL EVIL
INFLUENCES. IN THE NAME OF ELOHIM-SABAOTH, W HO
IS LORD OF ANGELS AND HUMANKIND".

"See" the water as being clear and transparent, and then call down
the Heavenly light upon the water, thus:

"CREATURE OF WATER ADORE THY CREATOR. IN THE

NAME OF THE FATHER ALMIGHTY, W HO DECREED A
FIRMAMENT IN THE MIDST OF THE WATERS, AND OF JESUS
CHRIST HIS SON, OUR SAVIOUR. I CONSECRATE + THEE TO
THE SERVICE OF GOD. IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER AND
OF THE + SON AND OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, AMEN".

Envision the water as now being pure violet in color (like sunlight
through an unflawed amethyst). Then put the salt into the water,
saying:

"WE PRAY THEE OH GOD, LORD OF HEAVEN AND

EARTH AND OF ALL THAT IS IN THEM, BOTH VISIBLE AND

RIGHT HAND OF THY POW ER UPON THESE + CREATURES
OF THE ELEMENTS AND TO HALLOW + THEM IN THY HOLY
+ NAME. GRANT THAT THIS SALT MAY MAKE F OR HEALTH
OF BODY, AND THIS WATER FOR HEALTH OF SOUL, SO
THAT THERE MAY BE BANISHED F ROM THE PLACE W HERE
THEY ARE USED EVERY POW ER OF ADVERSITY, AND
EVERY ILLUSION AND ARTIFICE OF EVIL; THROUGH JESUS
CHRIST OUR LORD, AMEN".

The water can now be stored in a bottle. It can used to make the
Sign of the Cross upon your forehead - or that of others. Holy Water
is used to sprinkle places and objects. It can even be added to bath­
water, especially that of victim of Psychic attack, because it purifies
them both astrally and physically. When Holy Water is used the
follOwing prayer should be used:

"IN THE NAME W HICH IS ABOVE EVERY OTHER NAME,

AND IN THE POWER OF THE FATHER AND THE + SON AND
THE HOLY SPIRIT, I EXORCISE ALL INFLUENCES OF EVIL. I
LAY UPON THEM THE SPELL OF CHRIST ' S HOLY CHURCH,
THAT THEY MAY BE BOUND FAST AS W ITH CHAINS, AND
CAST INTO OUTER DARKNESS, SO THAT THEY TROUBLE
NOT THE SERVANTS OF GOD. AMEN".

Note - It is important to remember that, the charge-of-blessing in

Holy Water only lasts for seven days; after that it must be discarded,
and you need to bless fresh water and salt. Tradition advises that 'old'
Holy Water should be disposed of by pouring it onto the Earth, as a

blessing to the Nature-spirits.

Shielding Your Aura

hen it is not possible to seal a room that you are in, or when
W going outside of your warded home, then you should seal
your aura. The following is an old monastic formula; monks used it
when they had to journey away from consecrated ground. It is very
powerful, but its strength only lasts for about four hours; so it needs
to be repeated as and when. Standing upright you make the Cross of
Light over yourself by touching your forehead, navel, then right and
left shoulders, as you say:

"BY THE POWER OF THE CHRIST- OF- GOD W ITHIN ME,

W HOM I SERVE WITH ALL MY HEART, AND WITH ALL MY
SOUL, AND W ITH ALL MY STRENGTH . . ."

Now stretch your hands forward as far as you can, level with your
solar-plexus, and touch your ten fingertips together; and then sweep
your arms around behind you, and touch them together there - so
that you have made a circle; continue with the prayer, saying:

". . . I HEREBY ENCOMPASS MYSELF ABOUT WITH THE

DIVINE CIRCLE OF HIS PROTECTION, ACROSS WHICH NO
MORTAL ERROR DARES TO SET FOOT. AMEN':

Mantle of Our Lady

isualize the blue Protective Veil of the Holy Mother as being

V wrapped about your entire energy-sphere. It is as if you are
standing with a blue silk pavlion. And now invoke Her, thus:

"HOLY MARY, AUGUST QUEEN OF HEAVEN! SOVEREIGN

MISTRESS OF THE ANGELS! THOU W HO FROM THE

Invoking Great Michael

rchangel Michael is the Captain of the Angelic Hosts of Light.

A It was Michael who cast the Disgraced Angel into the Pit,
with Divine authority, as he commanded: "The LORD rebuke you! "
Traditionally, St Michael the Archangel is invoked in all exorcisms,
and for the defense of those souls-in-peril from hidden evil. In a
vision to one of the holy ones, the Risen Christ taught: "Michael
is the greatest warrior of Heaven. Call upon him often:' This short
prayer of Exorcism can be used as-and-when, it is very powerful.

"SAINT MI CHAEL THE ARCHANGEL, DEFEND US IN

BATTLE. BE OUR PROTECTION AGAINST THE WICKEDNESS
AND SNARES OF THE DEVIL. MAY GOD REBUKE HIM,
WE HUMBLY PRAY. AND DO THOU, OH PRINCE OF THE
HEAVENLY HOST, BY THE DIVINE POWER OF GOD, CAST
INTO HELL SATAN, AND ALL EVIL SPIRITS WHO WANDER
THROUGHOUT THE WORLD SEEKING THE RUIN OF SOULS.
AMEN"

Visualize Archangel Michael as clad in the Armour of Light, and

weilding a Sword of Flame and a Shield of Fire. His huge wings are
the pure blue of a summer sky. And Michael's head is transparent,

because the Sun itself is shining within him; its flames issuing from
his eyes and mouth, and its rays forming the archangel's halo and
aura. Light-beams shine from Michael's heart, each ray becoming an
Angel, likewise armed with light; so that the Archangel is surrounded
by a guard of ten Angels. See youself within the Guard of Angels,
looking up at Archangel Michael, as you say the prayer. Then, with
his fiery Sword, the archangel traces a protective ring around you
- over which no evil may tread - and then shelters you beneath his
shield.

The Holy Wheels

hen calling on the Angels of Light to assist and protect:

W It is very important that one calls upon the Angels of
Heaven and not to be misled into calling the Fallen angels, who hate
humankind.

A good safeguard is to use the Holy Wheels. These are visualized

as three rings of golden light of Angelic energy, which are envisioned
like a gyroscope. If you were doing it over yourself, then: see the
first ring surrounding from above the head, to beneath the feet, and
back up behind to the head again. Then, the second ring is at a right
angles to that: starting above the head down over the left shoulder,
under the feet, up from the feet, up the right side and shoulder, and
back up the head. The third ring is horizontal, so it is level with your
heart, going all the way around you (clockwise), from in front of you
around by your right side, then behind you, and comeing round by
your left side, and so back into the front.

These three golden rings are angelic energy of the holy Irin, the
Watchers, the angels who are descibed as being "full of eyes" - in
other words, the perfect guardians! The rings can be set around your

own energy-sphere, guarding your aura from anything trying to

come in. And they can also be formed to surround your bed at night,
around the whole bed. To do this, combine the visualization of the
rings with this prayer:

"MATTHEW, MARK, LUKE AND JOHN, BLESS THIS BED

WHICH I LAY ON. FOUR ANGELS AT MY HEAD, FOUR
ANGELS AROUND THIS BED, ONE TO WATCH, AND ONE TO
PRAY, AND TWO TO BEAR MY SOUL AWAY. AMEN".

Your own Holy Guardian Angel

lso each morning, after sunrise, and each evening at sunset,

A one calls upon one's own personal holy guardian angel. All
people, all beings, have their own Guardian Angel appointed by the
Creator to attend us always. So the prayer for the holy Guardian
Angel is:

(�NGEL OF GOD, MY GUARDIAN DEAR, THROUGH

WHOM GOD' S LOVE PROTECTS ME HERE, EVER THIS DAY
BE AT MY SIDE TO LIGHT, TO GUARD, TO RULE AND TO
GUIDE. AMEN".

If it is evening, at sunset, then change wording of the third line to:

(�NGEL OF GOD, . . . EVER THIS NIGHT BE AT MY SIDE, etc:'

Following the prayer to the holy Guardian Angel we call upon

all the Heavenly hosts of the Angels of Light with this traditional
invocation:

"OH EVERLASTING GOD, WHO HAST ORDAINED AND

CONSTITUTED THE SERVICES OF ANGELS AND MEN IN A
WONDERFUL ORDER, MERCIFULLY GRANT THAT AS THY

Breastplate of Truth

very good protection during a psychic assault, is to wear

A a consecrated amulet at all times on your person - awake
or asleep. But, do not wear it when bathing or showering, because
running water washes the energetic charge of bleSSings away.

An amulet can be a blessed crucifix, a cross, a medal of St Michael

the Archangel, or another of the holy angels or saints. Ideally, for an
amulet to be really effective, it should be consecrated by an advanced
spiritual practitioner - but if you do not have the good fortune to
know such a person, then you will have to do the best you can by
blessing it yourself with Holy Water and prayer.

The Adamantine Tower

his ritual of the Magic-of-Light is only performed in cases of

T great need; for defense from 'full on' magical attacks. It needs
to be renewed with each turning from Light to Shade; to be reaffirmed
as each change from night to day and from day to night. So, if it was
first done at sunset, it will hold its charge until the follOwing sunrise.
Or, if performed at dawn it will hold its charge until the following
sunset. But, if a circle has been affirmed for a number of times in
the same place, its influence will persist for a considerable time. It is
advisable to do it each morning and evening during the active phase
of an attack. During a full attack it should be done as the four Tidal
changes: at sunrise, midday, sunset and at midnight.

To perform this sacred ceremony, the operator faces east and first
says the Qabalistic Cross, while visualizing the Cross of Light filling
the height and expanse of their aura, saying:

"TO THEE, OH GOD, BE THE KINGDOM, THE POW E R AND

THE GLORY UNTO THE AGES OF AGES, AMEN".

Each time you perform the Qabalistic Cross, you are affirming the
power of God as the Creator and the Supreme Will of the universe.
And it also establishes within your being, the Ineffable Name of God,
thus sealing you to the Divine.

Then visualize that you are holding a large cross-handled sword,

like those in pictures of medieval knights. And holding the sword's
point upright declare:

"IN THE NAME OF GOD, I TAKE IN HAND THE SWORD OF

POWER FOR DEFENSE AGAINST EVIL AND AGGRESSION".

Now imagine yourself as towering up twice your normal size, as a

tremendous figure clad in spiritual armour, vibrating with the power
of Name of God. You are armed wuth the Helmet of Salvation, the
Breastplate of Truth, the Belt of Mercy, the Shield of Faith - you are
clad in the Armour of Light and wielding the Sword of Power.

Now with the sword the magic circle, a sphere of protection, around
the place in which you are. Envision it as a ring-of-light, electric blue
in color, and encompassing the place. If necessary, you can direct it
through the walls of the building, but this takes training and effort. It
is better, if you do not have this experience, to form it just around the
room. The circle must be drawn clock-wise, the way of the sun: from
east to south, to west, and to north. This affirms the power of Light.
Once the ring of light has been drawn, spend some time visualizing
that the ring is turning, and then it grows upwards and downwards,

until the room is encompassed in a sphere of electric blue light. This

sphere is renewed every time you repeat the ritual.

Now let go of the sword. And with hands joined-in-prayer before

the heart, which is the place of the Divine Indwelling, facing east say:

"MAY THE MIGHTY ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL AND HIS

'See' Archangel Raphael standing in the east, 1 2 feet in height. He

holds a Spear from which flutters the Banner of Heaven. His wings
constantly flap creating strong winds, that - as his aura - become a
whirlwind.

Then turning to the south:

"MAY THE MIGHTY ARCHANGEL MICHAEL AND HIS

HOST BE MY ESCORT, AND PROTECT ME F ROM ALL EVIL
APPROACHING F ROM THE SOUTH".

Use the same visualiziation for Archangel Michael as given earlier

- but without the attendant angels.

Then facing west, invoke Gabriel, thus:

APPROACHING FROM THE WEST':

This archangel, is as tall as the others, robed in deep blue, and has an aura

like a sea in storm. He holds a shining silver trumpet, which he can use to

summon even more protection, if need be.

And finally, to the north, call Uriel:

Uriel's wings are like thunderclouds, through which lightning constantly

flashes. He bears a protective shield that is fashioned from a great diamond.

Now declare, with great devotion and confidence, Psalm 9 1 : "He that
abides in the secret place of the Most High . . ." And after you have said the

eleventh verse:

1 1/ FOR HE SHALL GIVE HIS ANGELS CHARGE OVER THEE, TO

KEEP THEE IN ALL THY WAYS.

Visualize the four great Archangel turning around to face outwards,

taking up an unsleeping guard. Then finish Psalm 91 to the end (verse 1 6);
and finally seal the entire ceremony b y performing the Qabalistic Cross

once more.

External Help

f a person is under magical attack they should, if they are able,

I regularly receive the Sacraments; because these strengthen the
"spiritual immune system" within a person's body and aura.

Armor of Light

"Lorica" means "a breastplate", the piece of armor that defends the
heart. The lorica that tradition ascribes to St Patrick, the "Enlightener
of the Irish:' is the best of its kind. Many, many Exorcists use it as an
essential part of their preparation before confronting evil.

It is also very clever. Once you look past the charming Celtic prose,
you see that it invokes protection upon the person using it, from

a blessing upon them. One of the most effective ways to banish evil
is to invoke upon it the blessing of the Almighty. And, in the same
way, the more God-like we become the less and less power evil has

Invoking the Heavenly Powers

he following litany is one that I personally favour before

T I undertake any exorcism, or cleansing of places. Why?
Because, it invokes all the Celestials; it is a Convocation of Heaven!
Now, of course, we cannot visualize all Heavenly Hosts at once. But,
whenever you do need to invoke a number of Angels, tradition says
that you can still do this effectively by imaging each Angel as column
of light. And this is precisely what we do when using this Litany.

Cleansing of Places

his formula is used to 'wash clean' a place which is psychically

T contaminated. When properly done - with pure intention - it
will cleanse a place from the stains of violence, abuse, and from Low
Magic i.e. Sorcery, Wicca, Cadomble, Voodoo, etc.

Firstly, you set up an altar in the main room of the place. If it is a

d o mestic home this would be the living room (the "hearth room" );
o r, if it is a work-place, then place the altar in the main office, or
hoard-room. The altar is a table or desk draped with a white cloth;
and placed on it are two white candles, a sacred image (a Cross, an
i mage of the holy Mother of God, or of one of the Archangels), and
a vessel for holy blessed water. No incense at all should be used -
because incense can supply entites with substance to materialize
with. And, under no circumstances, should any children or animals
be present - even if they are family members or pets.

Before performing the cleansing you should first recite "The

Lorica" (with intention) to armor yourself in Light (See the Lorica
given earlier). Then, go to front door to be formally invited inside;
and upon entering, the very first thing you say is:

"PEACE BE UPON + THIS PLACE AND TO ALL WHO DWELL

HEREIN':

On making the Sign of the Cross, visualize it as being made of

white brilliance - as bright as burninging magnesium; the 'arms' of
the Cross should reach to the ceiling, the floor, and the walls (this
also applies to any other room, object, or person, upon which you
make the Sign of Power).

Going to the altar in the main room, light the candles, and lead
everyone present in saying "The Lord's Prayer" together (OUR
FATHER, WHO ART IN HEAVEN). The Lord's Prayer is the most
powerful invocation in the West and it is an exorcism in itself.

Having finished the prayer you then invoke with devotion:

"OH GOD, MERCIFULLY GRANT THAT Y OUR HOLY SPIRIT

MAY INSPIRE AND DIRECT US IN ALL THINGS; THROUGH
JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD, AMEN':

SPIRITS BE PUT TO FLIGHT; AND MAY THY ANGEL OF
PEACE ENTER HEREIN AND ABIDE HERE; IN THE NAME OF

If you are dealing with an earthbound soul or an imprint, a

memory of uncleanness, now calmly and firmly call upon that soul
in the name of its Creator, telling it to leave this world and to enter
the Beckoning Light of Paradise. Then call upon the Divine to send
the holy Angels to meet that soul, and to safely guide them into a
place of rest, healing and peace.

Now, taking holy water, go through the entire place/home sprinkling

it with holy water. People assisting should open and wedge all doors
including cupboards, even cat flaps, opening them. You trace a line
of holy water along the threshold of all doors opening from outside
(portals of entry), and along all windowsills. Mirrors too should be
given special attention, because they hold the charge of whatever
has been reflected in them. While going through the entire house
it is good to recite Psalm 23, "The Lord is my Shepherd': as you go
from room to room; or to have people praying the Rosary of the
Holy Mother of God. Wherever you sprinkle Holy Water, visualize
a violet light that sparkles with silver, as washing the entire place, or
person, or object.

There is a special prayer of blessing for each room in a home, these

are to be said after a room has been asperged with Holy Water. They
are:

Prayer of Sanctification, followed by the Blessing:

The Altar can now be dismantled. But, it is good to leave the

candles, and a supply of Holy Water, with the inhabitants - to help
them maintain psychic purity.

APPENDIX

') he Book of Light

In esoteric work The Bible is known as the "Book of Light': It

contains many references to dealing with dark magic, and demonic
possessions. And the New Testament in particular, makes a
distinction between possession and sickness.

Christ is one example of what an enlightened human being is like.

And the "Christ-within" is code for your essential Divine nature -
which can be defined as: "Myself-made-perfect-in- God".

When dealing with Psychic attacks, and the like, we are dealing
with, what Paul calls, "Spiritual wickedness in high places:' In other
words, with astral forces.

The reason why Angels figure so often in defence from psychic

assults and exorcism, is because they are the pure spirits who have
sway over the Astral Plane. Once Angels come into the equation, all
other spirits and souls are subjugated by the Divine authority which
the Angels carry.

Psalms of Protection

he use of certain Psalms are very good defence during psychic

T attack. The Psalms are very powerful, because they are used
every day in monasteries, churches and synagogues - and this has
been happening for over 2,000 years.

Psalm 3, is used upon when waking in the morning; and Psalm

4 before going to bed at night. At other times during the day Psalm
23 "The Lord is my Shepherd . . ." - and also Psalm 9 1 - "He that

protection.

spirits or haunted by earth plane souls are Psalm 47 which begins
"Clap your hands all ye people, shout unto God with the voice of

A Psalm for protection against curses that are made by black magic:

Psalm 6 1 which begins: "Hear my cry oh God, attend onto my

prayer, from the end of the earth will I cry onto Thee when my heart is

which begins: "The King shall joy in thy strength oh Lord and in they
