1 capsule cod liver oil / fish oil / Omega -3 supplement (E- COD PLUS)
1 tablet multivitamin (TAB BECOZINC )
1 capsule Vitamin E ( CAP EVION 600)
1 capsule Vitamin C ( TAB CELIN 500)
Breakfast

1 warm glass green tea / black coffee/ black tea (max 1 tbsp milk and stevia/ erythritol)
1 tablet calcium-magnesium supplement ( TAB CALCIMAX 500)
1 capsule Biotin (FOLLIHAIR 1MG)
Lunch
Prescribed Lunch{see diet chart}
2 glasses cold water
Afternoon Snack
1 cup of Green tea/black coffee / black tea (no milk)
Evening
Prescribed Evening Snack{see diet chart}
2 glasses cold water
If you are going to be following an intense workout, then the following instructions are for you
Pre Workout
1 cup of Black coffee with a pinch of salt
Intra-Workout
5 grams of BCAA {Branch Chained Amino Acids} with water (X-TEND BCAA)
Post Workout
Half scoop – 1 scoop whey protein ( Iso-pure Zero Carb Whey Protein Isolate) with a pinch of salt
Dinner
Prescribed dinner{see diet chart}
2 glasses of water
1 tablet calcium-magnesium supplement ( TAB CALCIMAX 500)
1 capsule cod liver oil / fish oil / Omega -3 supplement (E- COD PLUS)
