Marketers need to be risk-takers. Marketers are the ones to come up with interesting ideas that
will appeal to their audience but they also need to be risk-taker. They have to have the courage to
brig unorthodox, out-of-the-box ideas to grab the audience. if marketers are not risk taker then
they will not be able to stand out in the market and make a position for themselves in the market.

Analytical

Marketers need to have the analytical ability to judge and research their target market and
audience. Analytical ability is needed for marketers to be able to have a good understanding of
their market. As long as they can understand their audience they will be able to come up with
ideas that will fulfill their needs and demands.

Flexibility and adaptability

It is very important that marketers are flexible and can adapt easily. The world is an ever-
evolving place therefore to keep up with the changes the marketers need to be flexible. They
have to keep up with the customer demands and wants and serve accordingly.

Creative

Creativity is very important for every marketer because of standing out in the market. A market
can have several competitors and options. Customers are drawn to the ones that attract and
appeal to them the most. The appeal may be in pricing strategy or qualitative advantage, but
marketers must appeal to their audience coming up with interesting creative marketing ideas that
will make them stand out among all others in the market.
