Taguig City is known as one of the cities with beautiful landscape and urban greenery. In fact, Taguig is
informally called Probinsyudad due to it being one of the most progressive cities at the same time the
atmosphere that gives of is similar to what one may find in the province. The concept will follow through
with the norm the city is known for. Public open spaces would be provided may it be as a resting area,
landmark as well as ceremonial space. Green design would also be implemented towards betterment of
ventilation, defining of spaces and the overall atmosphere of the place.

A Center for Progressive Development/ Redefining the Classical Movement

With Taguig being as one of the most progressive cities in the country it is necessary the civic center of
the city would be reflected. The gist of the concept is in redefining the monolithic and heavily caged City
halls that are of norm in the Philippines into a center for progressive development. The overall design;
aesthetic and function wise, will retain classical elements but at the same time will incorporate more
modern features befitting the city of Taguig.
