We -------------------------, being named as the consignee and being entitled to take delivery of the goods
under the above Bill of Lading (the “Goods”) have appointed a third party agent C/A-------------------------
------ to collect the goods on our behalf. We hereby confirm that:

(b) the Receiver is duly authorized entitled to take delivery of the Goods, and
(c) Request that you release the Goods to the Receiver.

We confirm that release of the Goods to the Receiver as requested under this letter shall constitute proper
delivery, as if the Goods were released to us. We renounce our right, and any claim to the Goods, and
agree to indemnify and hold harmless you, your affiliates and agents, against any claim, liability, loss or
action for non-delivery or mis-delivery of the Goods, or which you or they may incur as a result of acting
on the basis of this authority.

We confirm that you and your agents are not obliged to make any further inquiry as to C/A------------------
--------- authority and will not be deemed to have notice of any matters affect their authority except as
expressly notified by us or our agent in writing.

In case of dispute this agreement to be governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the
English High Court.
