nominated forwarder for executing all the shipment on our behalf and we have no
objection if their name appears in Shipper Column in Bill of Lading and carrier may issue
Master Bill of Lading and we will accept their HBL / FCR . Moreover we also indemnify
carrier from any claim that may arise in connection with the above arrangement.
