Sub: Payment of Freight Charges.

Dear Sirs,

We < Name of CustomerSEASONS FURNISHINGS LIMITED> have read and understood the UPS Terms and Conditions of Carriage
mentioned oin the UPS waybill appliedcable to all UPS sShipment.

We also confirm that the sShipment is sent on Freight Collect basis where the cConsignee is responsible for payment of freight charges, other
charges and applicable duty to UPS in accordance with the UPS Published Tariff. for the said Shipment.

We confirm that we are authorizing UPS to ship the sShipment to the cConsignee on their account as per the authority letter and/or email
received from the cConsignee allowing UPS to send the sShipment on account of the cConsignee’s account.

Notwithstanding any of the abovewhatever stated hereinabove, we herebywith confirm that we will be responsible for payment of all freight
charges, any other applicable charges and applicable custom dutiesy for the sShipment to UPS in following events:

 In case if the cConsignee refuses to pay all freight, any other applicable charges , applicableand applicable duties to UPS after
receipt of delivery of the Shipment on given address

 In case if the cConsignee for any reason refuses to take the delivery of the sShipment

 In case the sShipment is Return to Senderorigin (RTS), we would be responsible for payment of applicable freight charges fromor
origin to destination along with other applicable charges and duties.

We understand that the reversal freight collect are based on the iImport rates which may be different from the local rates.

We assure to pay above charges within seven (7) days of receipt of intimation from UPS
