During my tenure of 21 months at Vikas Bidi Udhyog from 15-july-2017 to 30-04-2019.

, I developed
hands-on Marketing Strategy which enabled us to deal with the duplicity which was running in the
market and as a result we were successfully able to capture 40% of the market share and generated
revenue of around Rs. 10 lakhs within a month of the launch of new product. Apart from this I
developed a method for flexible allocation of salesperson which enabled us to cater the deficiency
which were coming in the market due to sales executive leaving the job the ongoing duplicity
generated by competitor in market.
