Outline process flow diagram

Cow shelter
1. Feeding cow with fodder
2. Extracting the milk with squeezing machines
3. Milk is pasteurized to kill any unwanted bacteria
4. Culture & rennet are added to help set the milk
5. Coagulated milk is softly grinded
to make small pieces
6. Once set, it is cut into larger pieces
7. Large pieces are flipped
8. Dried pieces are put into cutter
for cutting into fine pieces
9. Above fine pieces are mixed
with powder and grinded softly
10. Compressor compress the mixture
to form blocks
11. Blocks are packed in poly bags
12. Poly bags are kept in wooden
box to let the content mature
A. Matured chess is tested by smelling and eating
13. Cutting machine cuts the cheese in to small pieces
14. Packing machine rapes the chees pieces
15. Packed chees packets are placed in to cartons
Retailer opens the box and place
the cheese packets for sell

Mixture travels to compressor       .      
Compressor compress the mixture to form blocks     .        
Blocks travels to gadan operator on conveyer       .      
Blocks are packed in poly bags     .        
Poly bags are kept in wooden box to let the content mature     .

Cutting machine cuts the cheese in to small pieces     .        
Small pieces travels to packing machine       .      
Packing machine rapes the cheese pieces     .

Cartons are travelled to retailer       .      
Retailer opens the box and place the cheese packets for sell     .
