Pulls down the lowe lip = depressor labii inferioris

Allows the lips to POUT= mentalis

Lower lip muscle that pulls chin upward to raise the

central portion of the lips= mentalis

Lower lip. Tenses neck skin – platysma

Lifts upper lip and wing nose- Elvis muscle

Closes the eyelids- orbicularis oculi

Gives expression of GRIMACE – platysma

Contracts and protrudes the lips – orbicularis oris
