1 INTRODUCTION

To improve our communication, there are some points that we would like to present.
We have basically four types of products in line:

• TP: Piece Dyed (Plain)

• TF: Yarn Dyed
• TE: Printed (Rotary or Digital)
• TS: Over Dyed

Each type of current product, we can offer to our customers with these sort of orders
below:

• Pilot
• Sample
• 1ª Quality
• 2ª Quality

• Retails

2 COLLECTIONS

CLASSIC
The Classic Collection is the main and biggest collection of Cataguases, totally focused
in fabrics for shirting. It has a different range of articles – from noble to casuals – able
to attend any need and a propose of a diversified and exigent market consumer, which
doesn’t give up of the best in innovation, trends and quality. Piece Dyed, blends,
stripes and plaids, dobbys and printed compose the collection.

STYLE (SUMMER/WINTER)
The collection Style is complementary of the Collection Classic. Introduce fabrics,
graphics and colors more connected to the seasonal tendencies. It is composed by a
biggest variety of bases which transit beyond 100% plain fabrics, viscose, flannels,
heavier fabrics, among others. This collection is for male, female and kids market.
Piece Dyed, blends, stripes, plaids, dobbys, flames, botones and printed, make up the
collection.

BASIC

The qualities of timeless fabrics which are part of history of Cataguases are in the Basic
Collection. There are colors and fabrics for the male, female, kids and décor market.
Piece dyed, mixes, stripes, plaids and printed compose the collection.

CORPORATE

The Work Collection is designated to the market of uniforms. Include piece dyed,
stripes or plaids in 100% cotton or in a blend with polyester. These fabrics reveals
performance and functionality to pieces made.

2.1 Minimums

50 meters per item.

Please, note the lead time.

2.2 Guarantee of delivery

• STYLE: Until the third month of the beginning of validity.

• CLASSIC: Until the sixth month of the beginning of validity.

NOTE 1: Printed orders placed until the third week of the month, will be invoiced up
until the third week of the following month, respecting the delivery time.
NOTA 2: From the fourth month of validity of the collection STYLE, the orders will be
placed according to stock available and/or production department authorization.

2.3 Price List

 The articles are organized per striking feature;

 The White colors have the same price as the Light Colors;
 No increments.

NOTE 1: The production of exclusive article will be of 800 meters, being possible the
customer to divide these total quantity in more than one color, respecting the minimums
of 200m per colors of color chart and 200m for exclusive colors.

ARCHIVE CONCEPTS:

Ready File: Is the complete file, already designed, colored, in rapport with the correct
measures.
Ready Art: Only the design is already done, in a correct format and size, but requires
small adjustments in rapport and coloring.
Development CIC: Development completely done by CIC.

NOTE 1: The production of exclusive article will have a minimum of 800 meters, being
possible for the client to divide in more than one color, respecting the minimum of 200
meters per colors from the color card and exclusive colors.

NOTE 2: The price of exclusive articles will be calculated in the moment of solicitation

4. SAMPLES AND DEVELOPMENTS

4.1 Piece Dyed

 LAB DIP – laboratory sample.

 2 weeks from the request.

4.2 Printed – Digital Machine

 Strike-off - swatches of 50 cm to 2 m without finishing

 2 weeks with design/colorways developed.
 Free of charge

 Sampling/Pilot – samples of 2 meters to 10 meters

 2 weeks with design/colorways developed.
 Increase of 30%.

 Cad - A4 paper
 2-3 weeks from the request.

4.3 Printed - Rotary Machine

 Cad - A4 paper
 2-3 weeks from the request.

4.4 Yarn Dyed

 Handloom – laboratory samples (size 5 cm x 5cm)

 2- 3 weeks from the date it is requested

  Samples loom – Minimum 11 meters.
 7 weeks from the request.
 Increase if US$/EUR 1,50 per meters

 Cad
 2-3 weeks from the request.

5. SAMPLES

 Orders until 10 meters won’t have any charge if the international freight is paid by the
customer.

 Otherwise, we will send a debit note with the fabric price + the international freight.

 It is not allowed to open rolls of ready orders to take samples. This request must be
informed when the request is confirmed.

6. COMPLAINTS

 To accept complaints, the following procedures are necessary:

 Sample with the quality problem without any washing process.
 Invoice or proforma number where the item was shipped;
 Quantity with the problem;
 Description of the problem;
 Complaint period may not exceed 6 months from the date of
departure of the company.

 The credit will be calculated considering the price of the fabric, not of the
garment.
 Samples or garment sent for analysis can be damaged by virtue of the result of
testing.

7. INCOTERMS/FREIGHT

  FCA/FOB
 By Air: Any quantity
 By Truck: any quantity
 By Sea: Minimum of 10.000 m without extra costs.
 Less quantity needs to be analyzed.

 CPT
 Check the Freight Logistics rate per country.

 CIP
 Check the Freight Logistics rate per country and add US$/Eur 0,01/meter to the
freight cost.

8 NOTES

 Prices will be confirmed in case a Strong variation in Exchange rate.

 All orders must be confirmed by the company. A Proforma Invoice will be made
out as an order confirmation.
 Conditions of payment:
 L/C (Cash or 90 days)
 Collection at 30, 60 or 90 days under insurance company (Wire transfer
Cash or Terms)
 Advanced Payment – Immediate payment after the issue of the proforma.
Pls note that for new customers, the production will be blocked until we
receive payment.
 30% advanced and 70% before shipment in case of new customers or
production for customers with long historic of delays on payments
 Payment Due Date: Delivery date from Brazil
 All orders will be confirmed according to our availability.
