Passengers per flight after schedule change = 10608÷24 = 442
Therefore, after the schedule change a greater number of passengers are
travelling per flight. The productivity increased by 11.3% (45/397).

Productivity = revenue/labor dollar
For system 1, productivity = 60(7.00)/x = 420/x
For system 2, productivity = 100(7.00)/3x = 233.34/x
where x is the prevailing minimum wage. With the additional workers, productivity drops by
55.5 percent. Thus, it is not advisable to change the current system.
