FORUM FOR INNOVATION INCUBATION RESEARCH AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

SPACE UTILITY AGREEMENT

This agreement made on the 31st day of July, 2020 between Forum for lnnovation
lncubation Research and Entrepreneurship (FiiRE) based at The Don Bosco Technical
lnstitute, Fatorda, Salcete, South Goa - 403602, lndia, on the one side;

AND

SPARK+ TECHNOIOGIES {represented by Ramakant Samant) (hereinafter referred to

as Associate lncubatee), incubated at Forum for lnnovation lncubation Research and
Entrepreneurship (FiiRE), on the other side.

Whereas to help Associate lncubatee for their startup business, FiiRE has decided to incubate
said startup virtually for a period of one year for the specific purpose of organizing their daily
work related to the startup.

Whereas it was agreed :

L) lncubatee will provide payment of Rs. 3,000/-

2) All assets utilised by the lncubatee must be properly handled and the cost of any
damages shall be borne by the lncubatee.
3) ln general, lncubatee while working at FiiRE will abide by the rules of the lncubator.
4) ln case of any issue, lncubatee shall have the responsibility of contacting the lncubation
Manager of FiiRE.

ln agreement of the above, the aforementioned parties have affixed their signatures.
