ACTIVITY 1: HOME MADE APPETIZER

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. LOOK AROUND YOUR KITCHEN AND LOOK FOR AVAILABLE INGREDIENTS THAT YOU CAN FOUND
AT HOME.
2. BASED ON THE AVAILABLE INGREDIENTS, CREATE YOUR OWN RECIPE BASED ON THE
CLASSIFICATION OF APPETIZERS THAT WE DISCUSSED.
3. WRITE DOWN YOUR RECIPE WITH THE FOLLOWING DETAILS; (RECIPE NAME, INGREDIENTS
WITH MEASUREMENT AND PROCEDURE)
4. TAKE A PICTURES OF THE FOLLOWING:
a. 1 WHOLE BODY PICTURE OF YOU WHILE WEARING HAIRNET, PLAIN WHITE TSHIRT,
APRON, PANTS OR JOGGING PANTS AND RUBBER SHOES.
b. 1 PICTURE OF YOUR PREPARED INGREDIENTS.
c. ATLEAST 4 PICTURES OF YOU WHILE DOING THE ACTUAL PREPARATION/COOKING.
d. 1 CLOSE UP PICTURE OF YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT GOOD FOR 1 SERVING.
e. 1 PICTURE OF YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT IN A LARGE SERVING DISH OR LARGE PLATE
GOOD FOR 4 – 6 SERVINGS.
f. 1 PICTURE OF YOU HOLDING YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT TOGETHER WITH YOUR
MOTHER/FATHER/RELATIVES WHO ASSISTED YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS.
5. COMPILE EVERYTHING IN A MICROSOFT WORD OR ANY DOCUMENT APPLICATION WITH THE
FOLLOWING FORMAT:

7. SEND IT BACK TO ME THROUGH YOUR LMS UNDER THE HOMEWORK SECTION.
