divided into various business groups, including Wines & Spirits, Fashion & Leather Goods,
Perfumes & Cosmetics, Watches & Jewelry, Selective retailing and Other activities. The
Company has approximately 70 brands and over 3,950 stores around the world. It produces still
and sparkling wines from various wine-growing regions, as well as whiskey. The Fashion &
Leather Goods business group includes brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Donna Karan,
Loewe, Marc Jacobs, Celine and Edun. It focuses on the perfumes, make-up and skincare
business, and offers a range of brands, including Christian Dior, Guerlain and Kenzo. The
Watches & Jewelry sector operates in two segments: high-quality watchmaking, and jewelry
and high jewelry. Its Selective Retailing companies operate in Europe, North America, Asia and

Louis Vuitton Malletier, commonly referred to as Louis Vuitton or shortened to LV, is a French
fashion house and luxury retail company founded in 1854 by Louis Vuitton. The label's
LV monogram appears on most of its products, ranging from luxury trunks and leather goods to
ready-to-wear, shoes, watches, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses and books. Louis Vuitton is one
of the world's leading international fashion houses; it sells its products through
standalone boutiques, lease departments in high-end department stores, and through the e-
commerce section of its website. For six consecutive years (2006–2012), Louis Vuitton was
named the world's most valuable luxury brand. Its 2012 valuation was US$25.9 billion. The 2013
valuation of the brand was US$28.4 billion with revenue of US$9.4 billion. The company
operates in 50 countries with more than 460 stores worldwide.

Louis Vuitton is the world's most valuable luxury brand and is a division of LVMH. Its products
include leather goods, handbags, trunks, shoes, watches, jewelry and accessories. Most of
these are adorned with the LV monogram. It is one of the most profitable brands in the world
with profit margins north of 30%. Louis Vuitton launched its first perfume in 70 years during
2016, and LVMH built a state-of-the-art fragrance factory to develop the perfumes. The
company produced seven fragrances that retail for $240 for the smallest bottle. Maison Louis
Vuitton launched a new Paris flagship store in 2017, and the brand will celebrate its 165th
anniversary next year. Actresses Léa Seydoux and Alicia Vikander continue to serve as brand
ambassadors for Louis Vuitton.

Global brand consultancy Interbrand has released its annual list of most valuable brands in the
world. The report shows luxury to be the top-performing sector in 2018, with Louis Vuitton
being ranked as the world’s most valuable luxury brand.The LVMH-owned brand has had a
hugely successful year, with Virgil Abloh’s debut as creative director of menswear embraced by
the industry and Mr Abloh’s hyper-connected social media following alike. The first pieces from
Abloh’s debut collection, which are set to be commercial bangers, will hit Australian stores in
mid 2019.The report reveals there’s been a combined growth of 42% to the luxury sector,
which adds legitimacy to the suggestion that millennials and Gen-Z consumers are brand
obsessed, and willing to drop big bucks of luxury status symbols.

Pepsi is a carbonated soft drink manufactured by PepsiCo. Originally created and developed in
1893 by Caleb Bradham and introduced as Brad's Drink, it was renamed as Pepsi-Cola on August
28, 1898, and then as Pepsi in 1961.

Pepsi was recently ranked No. 26 in the 2013 list of "Best Global Green Brands" compiled by
Interbrand, a leading global brand consultancy. This annual ranking examines how brands
perform in the area of sustainability and how these efforts are perceived by the public. Among
the 50 cross-industry companies on the list, Pepsi holds one of the smallest gaps (-.88) between
public perception on environmental sustainability and actual performance.
