Q2: Suppose you are working as a lecturer in an educational institute. Due to Covid-19
pandemic, the institution is closed and converts all academic activities virtually. At the end
of the semester, the institution has to take exams. Students want to be evaluated virtually
instead of coming to the university in order to maintain social distance. Write a feasibility
report to the controller of examination, proposing different courses of action to hold the
final examination virtually considering the scenario. (10 marks)

As we know that “The COVID-19” pandemic has affected the whole world not only the
economic system but also the educational system. In Pakistan to overcome the students education
loss they were promoted to next classes from class 1 to 12th . However, at university level exams
are taken online, and it is very good decisions. In this way, social interaction can be minimized
and from this pandemic we can secure ourself.
Here, as a university lecturer I give some recommendations.
- There should be online classes so that educational courses can be covered.
- There should be quizs, assignments, GDB and MBD.
- Universities should develop students online portal.
- There should be online session of each subject’s teacher so that students can live ask
questions
- There should be TV channel and radio.
 - Due to this pandemic exams should be taken online which contain MCQS and long
questions.
Now the corona cases rate is going to slow down which is very good sign. Hopefully in coming
months this pandemic will be come to end INSHALLAH. Till than online examination system is
the best way to continue their educational activities in this way we can save students study loss.
