ABOUT TEQIP-III
The Project, third phase of Technical Education Quality
Improvement Programme (referred to as TEQIP-III) is
fully integrated with the Twelfth Five- year Plan
objectives for Technical Education as a key component
for improving the quality of Engineering Education in
existing institutions with a special consideration for
Low Income States and Special Category States and
support to strengthen few affiliated technical
universities to improve their policy, academic and
management practices.
RAJASTHAN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY
Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) is located in
Kota in the state of Rajasthan. It was established in 2006
by the Government of Rajasthan. The university
currently affiliates about 130 Engineering Colleges, 4
B.Arch., 41 MCA Colleges, 95 MBA Colleges, 44 M.
Tech. Colleges and 3 Hotel Management and Catering
Institutes.
The University aims to provide quality technical
education which may help Rajasthan in its technical
development and will boost technical environment in
the country.
ABOUT THE SBCET
Sri Balaji College of Engineering & Technology
(SBCET) are being patronized by Sri Balaji Shiksha
Samiti, Jaipur. SBCET has been serving with a motto
“Educating Humanity” under the visionary leadership
of Er. Bhagirath Poonia.
SBCET Jaipur was established in year 2000 with due
approval by All India Council for Technical Education
(AICTE), New Delhi and affiliation with Rajasthan
Technical University (RTU), Kota for Bachelor and
Masters Courses in Engineering.
The Campus, well known in North India for imparting
quality education in the field of Engineering and
Technology, has been offering, M. Tech and B. Tech in
Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering and
M.C.A.

Computer Science & Engineering branch was opened
in year 2000 with the intake of 60 seats and initially
affiliated from Rajasthan University, first batch of this
branch was completed BE course in year of 2004. After
establishment of Technical University in year of 2006
in Rajasthan State, this department is affiliated from
Rajasthan Technical University Kota since 2006 to till REGISTRATION FORM
