The Hon'ble President of lndia, in her capacity as the Visitor of the

National lnstitutes of Technotogy (NlTs) and lndian lnstitute of Engineering
Science and Technotogy (llEST), Shibpur (West Bengat), in accordance with
powers conferred under Statute 23 (5) (a) of the Statutes of the above named
lnstitutions framed under the NationaI lnstitutes of Technotogy, Science
Education and Research (NITSER) Act, 2007 (29 of 2007)., is pteased to nominate
