1) Delivery                  : In 20-25 days, from the date of receipt of your confirmed purchase order along
with 50% advance.
2) Excess Duty            : 10.3 % as applicable at the time of delivery
3) Payment                  : 50% Advance along with your purchase order and balance 50% shall be released
by you against our performa invoice, prior to dispatch.
4) Freight                    : On “To-Pay” Basis to your Account.
5) Other Charges         : Other Govt, Levies if any will have to be borne by you at your cost.
6) Packing charges      :  Wooden crate packing charges extra to your account.
7) Our responsibility ceases once the goods leave our premises.
8) Warranty:
One year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
During this period attending technician’s “To & Fro” boarding and lodging expenses are to be borne by
you.
No warranty for stone. No warranty for misuse and abuse of equipment.
