STUDENT UNDERTAKING FOR ONLINE CLASSES

I,____________________________________ of ______ Semester studying B. Arch degree

course in Varaha College of Architecture and Planning (Institution Code C3), hereby undertake and
assure the institution, Varaha College of Architecture and Planning as under:-

1. I honor the decision taken by JNTUK, Kakinada on conducting online classes from 17-08-
2020 and I promise that I will secure good network connectivity to attend online classes.

2. I will attend all the online classes to be conducted for the semester as per the rules and
regulations of JNTUK, if I fail to attend any class it may be treated absent and abide by the
action taken by VCAP on behalf of the University against my promotion to the next
semester. If it is under any unavoidable circumstances, I will apply for leave with proper
reasons & prior approval from Principal, VCAP

3. I will attend all the online assignments and Mid-Exams to be conducted for the semester
concerned.

4. I attend all the Internal and external juries to be conducted for the semester concerned.

I understand that in case of failure to comply with the above the institution shall be at liberty to take
action against me as per its Norms including dropping from the Academic Session 2021-22.
