*ITC - NOTICE TO PARENTS – AUGUST 2020*

Dear Parents,
Kindly note the followings:

NO SUBJECTS REMARKS

 20th August 2020 to 24th August 2020.

1 SCHOOL HOLIDAYS  Classes resume on 25th August 2020.
 Office Hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 4pm). Sat (9am to 12 pm).

2. TUITION CLASSES  Classes are ongoing during the holidays.

Student’s Uniform :
 Red T-shirt and dark long pants (No Leggings). Full uniform is
COMPULSORY.
 This is in accordance with the Ministry of Education regulations.
 NO COLORED HAIR
Class Punctuality:
 Students are required to be in their classes at 8.30 AM sharp.
 Please inform the Centre should there be any lateness or absence.
 Call will be made to the respective parents or guardians after 8.30 AM.
 Students aged 15 years and younger are only allowed to wait downstairs
RULES &
3. (After school) with their parents’ permission.
REGULATIONS
 During the class time, students must hand over their hand phones and
other electronic gadgets, cash, personal belongings including valuables
to the management for safekeeping.
 Students are strongly advised not to bring any of the above items here.
 The management is not responsible for any loss or breakage incurred.
 If the rules are not followed, phones will be confiscated for one weekend.
Homework and reading assignment:
Homework maybe given daily to the students, however, they may be required
to stay back after school to finish their works.

Damaged Property: Any damaged property will be borne by the students.

ITC‘S RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE TO BE RESPECTED. DISCIPLINARY ACTION

WILL BE TAKEN SHOULD ANY OF THE ITC’S RULES BE VIOLATED.
