Why must you document critical success factors, goals or

objectives for the areas included in the scope of the risk

management process?

Risk assessment is highly critical for the accomplishment of overall corporate

goals and priorities. Achieving operational targets in the sense of risk requires
defining and integrating critical success factors (CSFs).

We must document critical success factors, goals or objectives for the areas
included in the scope of the risk management process in order to make everyone
clear about the goals and objectives of the organizations to achieve its mission. It
would also help to enhance mission efficiency and regulatory enforcement.
Critical success factors are necessary tasks that must be effectively accomplished
in order to accomplish the ultimate goal. It is really necessary to include CSFs in
the context of risk control such that everybody is directed towards the same
direction.
