Self-reflective Summary

I've been reading some posts over the semester, and they have strengthened my view. My Team
and I choose as the main subject for our weekly overview the customer mindset towards the
purchase of organic goods. I chose this topic because it is related to our consumer issue, so I
understand it. Nonetheless, it is quite difficult for me to connect this with organic food
consumption or the consumer's attitude towards organic product consumption.
The analysis of consumer behavior plays a significant function for the marketing scholars, who
need to analyze the collection, acquisition, usage and disposal, of items, resources, concepts or
knowledge by people, groups and company in order to meet consumer demands. From the topic I
have learned that cultural forces, social pressures, personal factors and psychological factors can
affect customer buying decisions. Such aspects are important for communication campaigns to
be implemented.
There is a rise in consumer general perception of organic food items and their desire to purchase
is strong. The findings suggest that customers have diversified the factors behind the purchasing
of organic food items and primarily the factors behind their choice involve economic, safety and
lifestyle issues, the price of food goods and their subjective preferences. Consumer behavior
includes psychological mechanisms by which consumers identify requirements, consider means
of meeting such requirements; collect and analyze information; prepare and execute such
strategies, take purchasing decisions and post-buy actions. Consumer behavior is the key to the
environmental effects of society. Customer behavior, owing to knowledge of environmental
pollution and associated concerns, is already shifting to buy more sustainable, organic goods.
This influenced my perspective in such a way as to change my view of purchasing and decision-
making. This subject taught me that customers are driven to buy choices and that there is
variation between goods with various value or motivation in implementing effective decision
taking strategies. Therefore, such effects will certainly trigger improvement in actions on the
grounds of positive or negative elements of schooling, and in a case, I see on the market more
specifically, good or bad interactions.
For me, this was the most relevant of all subjects over this six-month period because it concerns
customer purchasing behavior, and I have learnt that these considerations above are highly
beneficial to determine the goods or services to consider. I have discovered a new way of
looking at ads as we're ads everywhere. Therefore, how the viewer feels and responds to the ads.
This issue has opened my eyes on why we buy products and how we cope with marketing. Ads
should only reveal the goods for other reasons you like the drug.
Therefore, I will learn and progress about the future through practical encounters and possible
possibilities. and can greatly influence expectations, behavior, behaviors, beliefs and the method
of learning itself.
