DEED OF CONDITIONAL SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


THAT I, Basch, herein referred to as the VENDOR, of legal age, single, with residence and
postal address at 21 Maa St., Davao City and Fran, herein referred to as the VENDEE, of legal
age, single, with residence and postal address at Delta St., Davao City entered into a
CONDITIONAL SALE of (2) SAPPHIRE EARINGS.
The consideration for the sale shall be in the total amount of PESOS: FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND (P 500,000.00) Philippine Currency to be paid as follows:
Down Payment: Monthly Installment
Upon signing of this Deed, the VENDEE agrees to pay the down payment in amount of FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 50,000.00) while the balance of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 450,000.00) shall be paid in 10 equal monthly installments in the
amount of FOURTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P 45,000.00) beginning February 1, 2020
until fully paid.
In case of failure to pay two (2) succeeding monthly instalments, the full balance of the agreed
price shall become due and payable and the VENDEE shall pay all reasonable attorney's fees and
costs of collection.
Upon default, VENDOR may reclaim the said jewelries, hold and dispose of same, and collect
expenses, together with any deficiency due from VENDEE, subject to the VENDEE's right to
redeem said items pursuant to law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunder affixed my hand this day of 15 th of January 2020 at
Bajada, Davao City, Philippines.
