VENICE
Venice is known as the 'Queen of the Adriatic', the 'Serenissima' or the 'City of the Canals', Venice
is the capital of the Italian region of Veneto, located in a swampy lagoon On the Adriatic Sea,
between the mouths of the Po and Piave rivers, the city of Venice is made up of 120 small islands,
connected to each other by hundreds of bridges, rivers and canals, some of great size and
immense beauty.

My family and I always wanted to go to Venice, because it has a unique charm, so I had my
husband organize a vacation trip, and I had him get a wonderful hotel.

How can they travel Venice?

I had my husband find out if we could rent a car, but we discovered that in Venice they cannot be
used, because it is prohibited, so most Venetians travel in collective transport boats called
vaporettos, which operate as buses and cover regular routes. throughout the Grand Canal and
between different islands.

Then my we will rent a gondola to walk and get to know, since the city also has many private
boats.

how to get to Venice?

We will get our tickets from the city of Bogotá, Colombia, at the El Dorado airport, and after 15
hours we will arrive at the Marco Polo airport in Venice.
