1. That the above-captioned cases are scheduled for hearing on January 16, 2019;

2. That the above-captioned cases are the lone cases that were scheduled on the
January calendar;

3. That to maximize time and for the speedy disposition of the above-captioned
cases, the undersigned moves that the hearings of the above-captioned cases be
transferred to an earlier date, preferably on November 28, 2018;

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed to this Honorable Court that the instant

motion be granted.
