Steps:
1. Initialize new model with SI units and grids only template
2. Right click on the x-y working window and edit grid data
3. Edit the data as below

4. Draw beam and column of 1st floor using any of the Draw frame/cable or Quick draw frame
cable option form draw menu bar (Use replicate or extrude points to frame command to
draw columns more quickly)
5. Draw slab section using any of the Draw ploy area, Draw rectangular area or Quick draw
area option from draw menu bar
6. Replicate the floors as necessary to complete the building
7. Select all the joints on x-y plane @ Z=0 and assign fixed joint restraints

8. Modelling is now complete


9. Check for modelling
